Cabin with 150 ft of beach front and amazing sunsets and sunrises!

This home is a beautiful log cabin cottage. It sits on approximately 150 feet of lake frontage. The lake has a sandy bottom and is shallow a long way out, which makes it nice for wading and also the sun warms the shallow water early in the year. It is completely furnished. You will have access to 2 kayaks, gas grill, DVD's and player, books, puzzle and games. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach and catch nightly sunsets in the privacy of your own home. You may decide to never leave the hammock. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
one bedroom with a queen bed (new mattress 2021)
one bedroom with bunk beds (new mattress 2020) and a twin
one bedroom with a twin and a double (new mattress 2021)

Sit on the deck for a beautiful sunset, in the morning turn the chair a little and watch the sunrise from the same deck

Nearby amenities include miniature golf, downtown Caseville, ice cream shops, Port Austin Farmers Market, the break-wall and many areas for fishing. Please bring your family and come make some life time memories on the beautiful shores of Lake Huron.

Quick Getaway
The cabin was clean and cozy! We had the whole beach to ourselves. It was so nice to travel light knowing that you’re going to have everything you need there. I only suggest if you have a Roku bring that along, but the DVD’s were fun to watch. They do have WiFi!!

The cottage was very cute and extremely clean and we couldn’t ask for a better view. Loved the log interior. Our power was out for about 10 hours from the winds and the owner was more than accommodating. I would definitely recommend this cabin. Thanks for everything Jim.

Loved the house. That wood/log look is my favorite. The beach was the best quality weve seen. We have family that live close and have stayed at other rentals. They take care of the beach. The wifi and air conditioning were a blessing as it was very hot and humid those days.

Caseville Stay
Enjoyed my stay. Nice place in a great location that was well supplied. A plus was that it is right next to Sleeper State Park Beach and just an extremely short walk (couple of homes) to Sleeper State Park's Beach. Had no issues at all. The information sent to me about the property prior to going sure assisted on what to pack and bring. Would recommend.

We met one of the owners he was friendly and helpful. The cottage was nice except the furniture were very wore out and hard to sit in. The shower is small and the shower curtain too short, water gets all over floor. Regardless of those things we had a fantastic time! The beach was absolutely beautiful!!

Pleasantly rustic, very clean waterfront getaway
Well maintained all knotty pine cottage. Was refreshing step back in time but we loved it. Right on lake Huron, beautiful sunsets, lots of toys and amenities. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. Only constructive feedback... would hope to see investment in a water softener system. The well water was very heavy in iron.

Magical spot
We just spent 4 days at this beautiful rustic cabin outside of Caseville. It is exceptionally clean and Cody and comfortable and the location cannot be beaten. The owner Jim who lives next door was so helpful and accommodating allowing us to have a leisurely extended checkout time and an early entry. The outside deck, fire pit and beach are quite superb. We six enjoyed every minute of our stay. We thoroughly recommend and will return ourselves. Thanks Jim

Great time in Caseville
Our family of 4 spent a week at this lovely cottage in Caseville. The cottage is exactly that...a cottage. It was clean and perfect for what we needed. The best thing about this place, however, is the beach that you get all to yourself. There are a few stairs to get to the beach but not that many compared to other places on the lake.The water was relatively warm and shallow (of coarse this changes). My boys (ages 5 and 9) loved the beach and playing on the sand bar. The owners greeted us upon arrival and were very welcoming. We lost power for a few hours one night and he came over to make sure we had flashlights. It was a great trip and we can't wait to go back!

Perfection!
This property is absolutely perfect! The location is amazing, and there's a great view no matter where you are - on the new deck having a meal, in the yard around the firepit, or on the private beach splashing in the warm water. Everything is provided for the beach, including towels, chairs, and beach toys and floats. It was fun being able to take the kayaks out, and there were even life jackets of various sizes available. The beach was clean and the water was a shallow sandy bottom for a long ways out. The house is open and airy, with plenty of room for people to spread out. Dishes and appliances had anything you would need. The fresh breeze off the lake through the house was aided by many fans around the house, with an air conditioner in the living room if needed. This place is homey, clean, comfortable - exactly what you want if you're looking to relax in a private beach house!
