"Everything was exactly as seen in the pictures and as described. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The area is safe and many places to dine and swim. There are many different beaches in the area to choose from. Location was easy to find as staff sent me a short video showing me how to access their property. In addtion my family that lives in ES was able to visit me at no additional cost. I highly recommend staying at El Xalli."

"Overall this location has lots of amenities included in the stay. Sauna, yoga, horseback riding, free breakfast and tour/transportation($). The set up is beautiful, perfect for social media posts. The only thing lacking was a lively atmosphere. Now if you’re here to escape and relax this is the place. Secluded and about 45mins from the local hotspot of El Tunco. Staff are nice but sometimes service took awhile. When booking know that it isn’t very commute friendly or near much. There is a small restaurant up the street that sells pupsas since the restaurant is more Westernized. I’d love to return and just solely spend time to utilize the amenities without all the long hours of tours. "

The pool was the perfect temperature, and the option to order food and drinks poolside at a private cabana was a luxurious touch. The modern and clean rooms were comfortable, but the true highlight was the stunning outdoor area. The ocean view was breathtaking, and the easy access to the beach was unbeatable. We were particularly impressed by the personalized service. They even decorated our room for my husband's birthday, adding a special touch to our celebration. If you're seeking a tranquil and unforgettable getaway, Hotel Palo Verde is the place to be. "
