"I booked this hotel seven months in advance, primarily to watch the Giro. When we arrived at the hotel, we found it was closed for the season. We missed the Giro and had to scramble for a room. They wasted a day, and the primary purpose, of my vacation. Then it took me a month to get my money back because they apparently ignored Travelocity's attempts to contact them. The owners of this hotel are scum, and you would be foolish to rely on Travelocity when they tell you that the room is booked and...

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"It is a fantastic hotel with a tremendous staff but I had the tiniest shower ever which made it quite difficult and annoying to use it. literally 0.5x0.5m. This is ridiculous and makes the overall experience not so pleasant. "

"The 2 nights stay at Stadt Hotel was excellent. Staffs were friendly & kind. Check in was fast, and the apple strudel welcome dessert was excellent. Piazza Walther was just 2 minutes walk & surrounding were filled with good restaurants. My first impression with Bolzano was great. "

"Hotel is good, front desk is great...they do their best to help. Breakfast was really nice... We had three rooms in two days... First room...wrong bed arrangement. Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. "Beautiful old school grand hotel. Would be perfect for a weekend getaway. I was passing through, just a one night last minute booking. The hotel had a wedding booked so the restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel staff messaged me ahead of time to warn me, but I didn’t receive in time.
