Friendly staff, was able to check in without speaking Portuguese. Downtown location is nice for the bars/ restaurants. There are clubs that you can hear the bass until 4-5am when they close down on the weekends, which was the only negative and could be due to room location.

Excelente. Quartos confortáveis, cama boa, chuveiro com ducha forte. Bom cheiro nos quartos e corredores, boa localização. Café da manha muito bom, com destaque para as panquecas que estavam deliciosas e o bolo toalha felpuda. Quando for a Cascabel, com certeza voltarei a me hospedar no Caiuá.
