"The property was good for this class of hotel. There is a noticeable odor in the town related to it's agricultural industry. In the hotel, not noticable, but outside quite strong. Typical for a town like this, if you are overly sensitive to odors, be advised."

"When I first walked into the office it smelled clean and looked clean. Thats was a gear sign. Front desk was very kind. I went to my room and it smelled great. Itnlolke perfect. Im happy I stayed here. It was very cheap and better than any other place. I travel a lot. This place is a gem. I stayed at a different hotel last night and you couldnt pay me to sleep at that horrible place ever again. I will stay here every time I come to Dubuque now."

"The property manager was very nice. It’s an older hotel but it was clean, had hot water, cold air, working furnace, working television, easy parking, comfortable bed, easy chair, a good price and it was all I needed. I have no complaints. But if you want something snazzy and new, then go elsewhere. But if you don’t, this is perfect. "
