"Had to walk by a table of dirty dishes to get to the dining area. Maybe should’ve placed them somewhere else —maybe a different path for guests to walk to get to dining area."

"Staff was incredibly friendly. Beautiful hotel the room was very comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor pool even though it was a little hard to find. I would recommend making sure there are signs to get to the pool. Overall, a great day."

"The rooms were clean but in one of our rooms the tv didn’t work. Front desk sent IT up while we were out. IT told them they fixed it but they did not. When we told them it still wasn’t working they said maintenance would probably choose not to come look at it again, which they didn’t. They did offer to move the room but we had two and the only one they could move us to was the other end of the hotel which didn’t work for our family.
