Hosts should collect damage/extra-cleaning deposit from guests on arrival although it's refreshing to find people/places in this world still operating on the honor system (the Bergeralm Ski School did, too!) "The property is beautiful, close to trails, and very clean and comfortable. It is a short drive to Brixen. We were able to get to Passo Gardena within a couple of hours. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"Loved everything about this chalet. The views were beautiful. The location was perfect and the chalet was impeccable. "

"Tolles Haus mit schönem Ausblick. Toller Pool. Lage ist super. Für Kleinkinder ggf. nicht ideal aber wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit. Gastgeber stellte auch einen Hochstuhl. Sauberkeit war gut. Küchenausstattung war super. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war spitze. Lediglich die Aufteilung der Badezimmer ist etwas ungünstig aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran (zumindest wenn man mit mehreren Leuten reist). Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig, aber etwas mehr Ablagefläche oder Hängeoptionen wären...

A wonderful stay in Bressanone!

"We immensely enjoyed our stay at the GrunerBaum Hotel! The hotel reception desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, and clean, with a balcony, table, and chairs! There were great views of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items, and the staff was very friendly. We walked to several must-see places and restaurants in a great location. Getting the Brixen card for our stay was great; it gave us access to tourist places. It was very convenient to park our car in the hotel garage. The hotel offers several amenities that make the stay even more pleasant. We had a wonderful stay and will be back! Thank you! "
