BAHIA CASARES 4 - Fantastic apartment with shared pool and free WiFi.

This wonderful property located in the coastal area of Casares, welcomes 4 guests.
Outside the apartment you will find a large communal chlorine pool, measuring 10m x 4m and with a depth range of 1m to 1.6m, where you can cool off on hot summer days and a garden area; where you can sunbathe while the little ones play. On the terrace of the house you will be able to relax and have a drink with your companions, thanks to the outdoor dining area. Please note that as this is an apartment, privacy is partial as there are neighbours nearby.

Inside, you will find a nice living room open to the dining room. The whole property has centralized AC. The living room is equipped with Smart TV and will be the ideal place to spend time with your loved ones. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is completely independent and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, you will find two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath and the second bedroom has two single beds. Another bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath completes the room. You will be able to use the radiators and the washing machine that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

Bahía de Casares is known for its golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, as well as for its impressive cliffs and rock formations that line the coastline, making it the ideal destination for water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing and paddle surfing. Thanks to its numerous routes along the cliffs and coastline, it is also the perfect place for hiking enthusiasts. In terms of gastronomy, La Bahía is known for its fresh fish and seafood, which can be sampled in the numerous restaurants and bars in the area. Nearby are the Alcornocales Natural Park, the town of Estepona and the wonderful town of Marbella, situated some 30km away.

The swimming pool is open from May 15th to October 15th from 9 am to 9 pm.

Spacious Apartment

The apartment has excellent views over the Mediterranean and is a 20 min walk to the beach. It is clean, well kept and very spacious. The communication from the managers was very well automated and there were no issues with return of the deposit.

Whilst the property was a good size, the overall cleanliness of the property was disgraceful. the showers didn't work the kitchen utensils were disgraceful, only one tea towel which was grubby the floors were not clean. The engineer that came to try and fix the showers can verify everything, photo's of most complaints were sent into the office and we await their response.

Ich war 6 Wochen ab Ende 01/25 dort; Empfang mit div Mängeln:Beleuchtung,Therme keine Heizfunktion Warmwasser mit langer Aufwärmzeit,AC,Waschmaschine,Schloss ApmTür,stark abgenutzte/verschmutzte Möbel, Bettlaken fleckig;Aptm nur oberflächlich gereinigt, Küchenausstattung mindere Qualität u Sammelsurium; Zustand Kücheneinrichtung erneurungsbedürftig,Einrichtung mit billigen Ikea-Teilen ergänzt.Balkon wegen Verkehrslärm(Baustelle u hohes Aufkommen) kaum nutzbar;Pool Nutzung nur Sommer, kein Sat-TV, täglich Hundegebelle vom Nachbargarten, Verwalter nicht am Ort (Balearen), Austausch von 66 emails wegen Mängeln, Antwortzeiten angemessen, angeb.Minderung der Mietkosten (5%) viel zu gering. Fazit:große Enttäuschung!!

Fue un fin de semana maravilloso

Fue un fin de semana maravilloso, y pese a que tuvimos algunos inconvenientes personales, el anfitrión se mostró amable y contemplativo. El apartamento es muy bonito, amplio y cómodo. Dato muy importante: para abrir el portal hay que primero tocar el timbre (36). El alojamiento cuenta con plaza de garaje que, aunque no hace falta porque se puede aparcar en la calle, es muy cómodo sobre todo para bajar y subir las maletas.
