The flat is clean and well appointed; as is the development in general. In unit washer/dryer ( rare in Spain ) appreciated. Lots of storage and closets. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées.La climatisation est uniquement disponible la nuit, sous risque de remontrances alors que non précisé dans le contrat. "We did not spend one night in this flat. It was scruffy, tired, dirty, under equipped(no glasses, plates,)every drawer had a jumble of old bits and pieces, toys and bicycle on terrace with peeling walls and broken chair. Dreadful old towels. No mirror over dressing table plus huge dining table and chairs in bedroom. No instructions for air con, tv, rubbish etc. Overall not at all as photographed or described. This flat should be removed immediately from your listing"
