Merveilleux séjour
Un accueil parfait avec plusieurs spécialités culinaires à disposition. Magnifique propriété, très bien entretenue et bien équipée. La piscine est exceptionnelle ! La villa est très spacieuse du coup on ne se marche pas dessus même à 2 familles. Quant à nos hôtes, des personnes adorables, bienveillantes, très discrètes, disponibles et serviables comme nous avons jamais eu. Notre fils s’est blessé dès le 1er jour et Romina s’est rendue disponible pour nous accompagner dans toutes nos démarches (accompagnement à l’hôpital, location chaise, pharmacie, ….) Merci du fond du cœur pour tout !!! Nous repartons avec des souvenirs gravés à jamais et un petit chaton baptisé Boubou que nous viendrons revoir avec plaisir :)

Amazing villa
We had the most amazing week at this beautiful villa. The photos do not do this place justice. It’s tranquil setting is perfect yet so close to gorgeous beaches and sights. The villa itself is perfect and covers everything you will need and want. 4 bedrooms each with private bathroom and air conditioning. Gorgeous and well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher which was amazing! Large lounge aswell as a dining area. I can not fault this place in anyway and will certainly be recommending it to friends and family. Cosimo and his family were always around to help with anything we needed and it was lovely to be greeted by them all on arrival, along with cold drinks and bowls of melon. Do not hesitate to book!! If we go back to Puglia, this is where we shall stay for sure!! Thank you so much! 😊

Family vacation at villa Anna.
Beautiful garden and house in a very calm part of Puglia. Perfect for a family vacation with kids between 6 to 9 years old. The house is very big and the pool as well.

Bellissima casa immersa negli uliveti della campagna salentina.
Abbiamo trascorso le vacanze in questa grande casa,vi assicuro che è veramente molto grande! Eravamo tre famiglie, un totale di 10 persone. Ogni famiglia aveva la propria camera da letto con bagno privato e c’era un’altra camera con un bagno attiguo (totale 4 camere da letto + 4 bagni). Soggiorno/TV molto spazioso (35/40 mq)cucina, sala da pranzo e ripostiglio/ lavanderia...veramente spaziosa! Detto ciò in merito alla casa internamente,il vero fiore all’occhielli è l’esterno, composto da un bel gazebo in legno sotto al quale abbiamo cenato e soprattutto la piscina lunga circa 18 metri, un incanto. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene anche per la posizione strategica di Casarano, perché abbiamo potuto girare e visitare praticamente tutto il Salento, da Gallipoli a Leuca,Pescoluse,Lecce,Laghi Alimini, ecc In fine un plauso ai proprietari, le signore Antonella e Romina e loro zio Cosimo. Ci hanno accolto a braccia aperte e sono sempre stati cordiali e pronti ad aiutarci, grazue mille per la fantastica ospitalità. Noi tutti consigliamo vivamente questa casa!

Séjour inoubliable
Nous avons passez une semaine merveilleuse dans cette superbe maison spacieuse confortable et très bien équipée avec une mention spéciale pour la piscine très appréciée par toute la famille. Le jardin est superbe et fait un cadre très agréable avec en plus à proximité un jardin avec citron figues herbes aromatiques... Le tout situé dans un endroit très calme proche de commerces et en plein cœur du SALENTO, donc idéal comme point de départ de diverses excursions. Pour terminer un grand merci à nos hôtes qui ont toujours été très disponibles et d'un accueil très chaleureux Bref un petit coin de paradis...

Oasi nel mezzo del caotico Salento
Non si può volere di più che una casa comoda e tranquilla dopo giornate caotiche sulle spiagge del Salento. Casarano, pur essendo all'interno, è ubicata in una posizione strategica da cui in 15-30 minuti si possono raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle da Gallipoli a Leuca. La casa è immersa nella tranquilla campagna e offre tutto ciò che si può desiderare. Un giardino immenso e tenuto alla perfezione, una bellissima piscina (è veramente una piscina e non una vasca da bagno), un patio confortevole, BBQ, camere spaziose e comodi bagni. Ideale per gruppi numerosi (noi eravamo in 10 adulti), con 4 camere e 4 bagni tutti possono godere della propria privacy e delle comodità. Piacevole sorpresa è stata la lavastoviglie che non era indicata nella descrizione e mancava nelle foto. La pulizia della casa al nostro arrivo era perfetta, la fornitura di biancheria sufficiente. Unico neo (se proprio vogliamo trovarne uno) sono le stoviglie che se pur numerose sono però tutte di servizi differenti. Il forno è da appoggio e permette di cucinare pietanze semplici. Un forno tradizionale (lo spazio c'è per installarlo) sarebbe molto comodo. L'ospitalità del Sig. Cosimo e della Sig.ra Anna sono ammirevoli. Ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie prima e al momento del non nostro arrivo, mentre durante i soggiorno sono stati sempre molto discreti. Consiglio di aggiungere qualche foto che rispecchi meglio le caratteristiche della villa; quelle attualmente pubblicate non ne valorizzano tutti gli aspetti. Valutazione globale più che positiva.

Bellissima casa. Bellissima vacanza.
Ottima location da sfuttare come base per visitare il Salento e per passare una vacanza rilassante. La Villa e' molto bella e accogliente, e si presta a gruppi grandi. Noi eravamo 11 con 5 bambini. I proprietari si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili e molto gentili.

"Emozionante"
Che dire....abbiamo trovato dei proprietari veramente ospitali che ci hanno accolto in modo molto cordiale e ci hanno coadiuvato(quando ne avevamo bisogno)per tutta la settimana.La villa e la piscina sono stupende..pulite e dotate di tutti i confort(tra cui un bellissimo barbecue con cui abbiamo fatto delle grigliate eccezionali).La posizione poi è proprio il suo punto di forza.....adriatico o ionico,tutte le migliori spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili.In poche parole abbiamo coronato un sogno che io e mio fratello cullavamo fin da bambini.Speriamo di rivederci presto.

Vacanza bella e rilassante
La villa è pienamente corrispondente a quanto descritto, comodissima per una decina di persone come il nostro gruppo. E' immersa in uno stupendo giardino moto curato. La piscina e' stata la gioia dei nostri bimbi(veramente anche di noi grandi..)Merita poi una particolare menzione l'ospitalità dei proprietari, che ci hanno dato utilissimi consigli .Cosimo, la masseria che ci hai consigliato e' stata super....una cena ottima .Grazie di tutto

Semplicemente fantastica!
Abbiamo soggiornato in dieci persone (tre famiglie con quattro bambini) a Villa Anna, scelta per la posizione centrale di Casarano rispetto alle spiagge più belle e blasonate del Salento. La villa si presenta benissimo: ampi spazi di cui gran parte destinati a giardino con moltissime piante, una piscina (seppur non piastrellata, fa la sua bella figura) un gazebo con un tavolo da giardino e spazi comodi per parcheggiare le macchine al fresco degli ulivi. All'arrivo, la Sig.ra Anna e il Sig. Cosimo ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità, offrendoci bibite e frutta fresca mentre ci illustravano le bellezza del Salento. All'interno la casa era davvero ben pulita, spaziosissima e arredata in maniera confortevole, dotata di tutti gli accessori da cucina, l'asciugacapelli, il ferro da stiro e soprattutto la usatissima lavatrice!! Molto apprezzato il fatto che ci fossero ben quattro camere da letto di cui tre con il bagno interno (munito di wc, lavandino e doccia ma non di bidet) a cui si aggiungeva un quarto bagno, nel corridoio della zona notte, molto ampio e con una doccia enorme. Durante la vacanza i proprietari (che vivono nella parte inferiore della villa) sono stati assolutamente discreti ma, all'occorrenza, disponibili. E' doveroso accennare a qualche "sbavatura": la finestra del bagno di una delle camere da letto affaccia sulla sala, la doccia di quello stesso bagno non è ben tenuta e - questo solo per chi ha problemi con animali domestici - ci sono due cani e quattro gatti che, comunque, non danno alcun disturbo. In definitiva una casa consigliatissima con un rapporto qualità prezzo davvero molto buono. Antonio

Una villa da mille e una notte....
La villa è splendida, meglio di quanto descritto nell'annuncio, pulitissima e curata sin nei minimi dettagli. L'ospitalità e la disponibilità ricevuti dalla proprietaria e dalla sua bella famiglia sia all'arrivo sia durante il soggiorno ci hanno fatto sentire veramente felici e a nostro agio. La dotazione di casa e di cucina (stoviglie, piatti, biancheria, ecc.) sono state superiori alle necessità. L'immenso giardino circostante e la superba piscina rendono questo luogo particolarmente adatto al relax tra un bagno di mare e l'altro nelle splendide acque salentine. Un grazie anche al sig,Cosimo che ci ha fornito utilissime indicazioni di utilità e di svago di Casarano e dintorni. Giusto come dettaglio, una lavastoviglie sarebbe molto utile in una casa atta a ospitare diverse persone. Consigliamo vivamente a tutti questa esperienza. Grazie di cuore e arrivederci a presto. Maison ideale pour visiter le Salento
Belle maison spacieuse et confortable,tres propre et fonctionelle.Grande piscine et jardin, tres bien placé pour visiter le Salento,proche de commerces et restaurants mais dans un evironnement tres calme charmant.Ce qui pourrait etre amelioré c'est le rajout d'un lave-vaisselle, des poiles de meilleure qualité,le rajout de verres à vin.Seul point derangeant il y des pies qui font du bruit en cognat contre les vitres reflechissantes et le reservoir cromé qui se trouve sur le toit.Le propritaire est au courant et va essayer d'ameliorer ce probleme en installant des filets et fils de peche.

la villa è perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione. spazi enormi, pulizia e ordine e un ambiente all'aperto ideale per mangiare all'aperto protetti dall'ombra e di fianco alla piscina stupenda. i proprietari sono estremamente discreti e cortesi e ci hanno riempiti di verdura fresca del loro orto. siamo stai benissimo e speriamo di tornare presto

"We spent our holidays in...
"We spent our holidays in Villa Romina from 14th till 21st of July. Up till now we''ve rented a holidayhome for about 30 times and never before have we been greeted in such a cordial and friendly way as here by Anna, Toto and Cosimo. The house itself is splendid and fully equipped. It''s situated in a very quiet area but very close to the centre of Casarano. The magnificent swimming pool is stylish and perfectly integrated in its surroundings. It''s also an excellent starting point to visit Puglia: Otranto, Lecce and Santa Maria di Leuca are easy to reach. If we return to Puglia in a few years, we will no doubt be staying in Villa Romina again. We can hardly imagine a better house to spend our holidays. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana (dal 14 fino al 21 luglio) in Villa Romina. È già stata all’incirca la trentesima volta che abbiamo preso in affitto una casa vacanze. Non siamo mai stati accolti in un modo così cordiale e gentile come fu il caso da Anna, Toto e Cosimo. La villa è proprio bella e perfettamente arredata; non ci è mancato nulla, tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno è disponibile. L’abitazione è sita in un ambiente molto tranquillo, però molto vicina al centro di Casarano. La piscina è stupenda e integrata nel complesso in un modo perfetto. Il posto è senz’altro un buon punto di partenza per visitare la Puglia: da qui Otranto, Lecce e Santa Maria di Leuca sono facili da raggiungere. In occasione di una prossima visita alla Puglia, magari fra qualche anno, rimarremo di certo in Villa Romina. Una migliore villeggiatura non è immaginabile. "

"La villa è stupenda, molto meglio di quanto ci si aspetterebbe vedendo le foto pubblicate. Il giardino è bellissimo e ricco di vegetazione, le camere ampie e dotate tutte di condizionatore. I 4(!) bagni sono molto funzionali e tutti con doccia. Di fronte alla piscina (con trampolino) c''è un ampio spazio attrezzato dove poter fare colazione e cenare. I proprietari sono stati veramente gentili e disponibili e ci hanno accolto al nostro arrivo con un rinfresco a base di prodotti locali (buonissimi). Cosa chiedere di più? Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno in questa villa. Ideale per famiglie con bambini."
