We made reservations five months before we arrived and at that time we requested a room on a lower floor, knowing the topography of the town and that some rooms had many steps. "Beautiful hotel situated on an ancient farm. The “new” buildings were constructed 200-300 years ago, yet are totally modern inside. Gardening is beautiful. Staff are incredibly friendly, caring and helpful. Breakfast was great and presented in a personal, pleasant way on a lovely patio. We loved this place—the best so far on our 3-week tour of Southern Italy and Sicily."
