"Pietro was excellent, he made sure we had everything we needed. In the Expedia description it said we would have a microwave, oven top and kettle. When we arrived we had a kettle. Pietro immediately got us a microwave that was also an oven. He supplied us with plates, bowls and cutlery. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. "We had a 4 night’s stay here and used it as our base for tours around Toscany. It is located in a quiet area outside Siena. The apartment was nice and clean. We used the kitchen for minor cooking and that worked well. There is a supermarket close by and small restaurants in the town. The AC was working great. "Wonderful location!!! Everything within walking distance. Friendly staff, clean modern room. Shower needs repairing. Will definitely return to stay here. If you are driving to the hotel, It’s a ZTL zone so contact the hotel to make arrangements for your car to be garaged. Don’t need a car here. It is in the best location!!!"

"This is a beautiful property and it is fully stocked with everything you will need. We cannot praise Claudio and his staff enough. We truly enjoyed our stay and the beautiful Siena surroundings. The property is extremely close to the city center but far enough to enjoy a tranquil setting. Claudio has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We had two different kinds of hand soap which I really appreciated. Water was provided daily at the bar, and breakfast was delightful. Wine, espresso, drinks are all available for purchase. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating reasonable request. If we are ever back I Siena, I know exactly where I’m staying. Thanks again Claudio! "

"Great location, walkable from the train station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. First night we got a room by the elevator, and it was very loud. Asked the desk to be moved and they happily moved my wife and I to a very quiet room. I would recommend this hotel. Great location, very clean, and excellent staff. "
