Toller Aufenthalt
Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, hat einen wunderschönen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht und bietet in der Umgebung alles was man braucht (Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt) Der Strand im Dorf war perfekt zum Schnorcheln und zum Entspannen.

Une superbe semaine en famille à Tiuccia
L'appartement est fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Salle de bain, cuisine et électroménager neufs. Nous avons été au calme pendant toute la semaine et avons pu profiter de la vue magnifique depuis la terrasse. Les plages à coté sont magnifiques et il y a beaucoup de randonnée ou de sites à visiter à moins d'une heure de voiture. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. Axelle

Sejour très agréable
Nous venons de passer quelques jours très agréables à Tiuccia. L'appartement (peut-être un peu ancien, mais dont la partie cuisine devrait être rénovée prochainement) était parfait pour nous. Il est très bien équipé (rien ne manque dans la cuisine, il y a même plus d'ustensiles que chez nous !). La chambre est petite, mais bien suffisante pour le temps qu'on y passe (d'autant qu'elle est équipée de rangements) et le matelas est très confortable. Et que dire de la vue lorsqu'on pousse les volets...époustouflante ! Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur la terrasse (qui est d'une belle dimension). L'appartement est situé dans une résidence très calme (la route finit ici, après c'est le maquis !). Il est vrai que nous y sommes allés en octobre, période que nous recommandons pour visiter la Corse, car il n'y a personne et la mer est suffisamment chaude pour en profiter. Les plages proches de Tiuccia sont superbes, nous recommandons celle de la Liscia (à environ 2 kms) qui est grande et idéale une famille avec des enfants. La propriétaire (que nous avons eu 2 fois au téléphone) est très sympathique. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Bref, nous retournerons volontiers dans ce logement et le recommandons.

La vue ne fait pas tout!
Certes la vue est magnifique! Mais la résidence étant ancienne, l'appartement nous a semblé vieillot, avec une chambre et une salle de bain très exigues. L'appartement étant mal insonorisé, nous étions réveillé en pleine nuit par les voisins du dessus qui bougeaient des meubles et dont l'enfant pleurait chaque nuit. Notre chambre et la salle de bain ayant des fenêtres donnant sur le passage des résidents pour regagner leurs appartement respectifs, nous avons été obligés d'occulter la vue sur la chambre avec le rideau mais surtout nous avons dû garder la fenêtre fermée avec les fortes chaleurs (pas de clim) car les résidents marchent sur le gravier... De plus nous avons été informé une semaine avant notre séjour réservé en jannvier que la TV ne fonctionnait pas. la cafetière fuyait et faisait disjoncter le compteur... Nous ne l'avons plus utilisée; Enfin, le ménage avait été fait approximativement (moustiques écrasés sur les murs, toiles d'araignée, et surtout tache de sang sur l'alèse de notre lit. Il serait bien que la personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil des locataires suivants vérifie de plus près l'état de ces choses... Donc heureusement que nous avions cette vue et la Corse pour passer tout de même de très agréables vacances à Tiuccia.

on tenait vraiment a mettre cette première appréciation car nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet appartement tout équipé et très propre dans une superbe résidence. Cette région de la Corse est vraiment exceptionnelle a faire. on reviendra volontiers
