This charming hotel with the most welcoming staff is quite a hidden gem. This is all I needed to spend a quiet and relaxing week in Casablanca.The place is in the vibrant neighborhood of Sidi Marouf and is close to everything you need:shopping ,transportation and good places to eat including its own restaurant/bar. When I forgot my phone in a cab, they made it their priority to help me get it back and especially Anwar.

The staff was amazing. They were very accomodating. They helped with any issues, transportation etc. The bathrooms were a bit aging but everything worked. The only thing is we saw a couple of bugs in our rooms but they staff worked to make sure our rooms were changed.

The staff was absolutely the best. My flight was canceled and they were able to arrange a later airport pickup for me at the last minute. I sincerely appreciate how hospitable and caring the front desk attendant was upon my arrival. He also helped with arranging breakfast and a hamman treatment the following morning. I will absolutely return to this hotel the next time I visit Casablanca.

Pool was just for showing, it was positioned in the middle of a coffee shop, making it impossible to use. Rooms had many maintenance issues such as leaking ACs, broken chairs, ...etc.

Dans la moyenne de Casablanca, prestation ok. On peu fumer au bar ce qui enfume le restaurant et lā€™acceuil... je suis pourtant fumeur mais cā€™est vraiment pas agrĆ©able. Le restaurant trĆØs moyen peu de rĆ©activitĆ© et beaucoup dā€™indisponibilitĆ© des plats et desserts sur la carte. Il y a des restaurants autour, ce nā€™est quā€™un petit problĆØme du coup.
