"Air Conditioning was not working. I paid for a room with AC service. I was not informed that the AC was broken. I had to open the window to refresh the room and to get sleep and I was a lot of noise from the street and the floor fan. Also there was a little roach in the bathroom ceiling. "

Only complaint is that no instructions were provided for check-in and there's no one onsite. "The nearby area is very industrial with limited options for dining. Was very pleased to find updated room with refrigerator and pot for making tea/coffee. Check in was 2 short blocks away from room. Staff at front desk extremely helpful in explaining bus transportation to city center, and I was very appreciative that the staff let me store by bags after checkout as I had a late flight out of Malaga. Special mention to Tomás and Sol."

"Great apartment in a great location, which was quiet and walkable for all main sites and train station. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The roof terrace was a great addition, with a free drink a bonus. Shame the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy this more. The only things that could be improved was the seating area in our apartment, the small sofa was not enough for the apartment of up to 4 people. Also the size of towels could be improved. "
