"Ein Landgut wird beworben, eine heruntergekommene und schmutzige Anlage findet man vor. Überall Müll am Gelände, die Küche/Kühlschrank verdreckt, nicht gekehrt und die Bäder eine Zumutung. Wir mussten erstmal putzen.. Klimatisiert sind nur 2 Doppelzimmer über ein klappriges Gerät in einem Vorraum - wie man hier in heißen Monaten mit bis zu 8 Personen schlafen soll möchten wir uns nicht vorstellen. Viele alte Möbel wo überall kaputte Dinge drin waren, das Untergeschoss nur eine Rumpelkammer......

"Unser Apartment in der letzten Reihe ganz oben außen ist wirklich ganz schön gelegen. Eine bessere Wegbeschreibung wäre schön, da man sich schon sicher sein möchte, wenn man die steile Auffahrt hoch fährt, dass man dort richtig ist. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber sauber, allerdings wären ein paar neue Stühle für innen und außen angebracht, da sie entweder fast auseinander brechen, oder verrostet sind. "Location: The house is located outside Castellamare and you will need a car to reach the beaches (which are spectacular, especially Riserva dello Zingaro, 15 mins by car) There are stores and cafe 2-3 mins driving and the center is only 5 mins driving. You cannot really walk anywhere from the house because there is no sidewalk and the road is pretty busy. "Pleasant stay, nice people. Good communication with any help needed. Thanks for the bottle of wine and cakes, which was a nice gesture. Comfortable stay in the chalet, nice pool. Quite and relaxing place. 20 minute walk to town centre. Bit of a hike up hill coming back though. Nice town, friendly people. Plenty of restaurants and bars."
