Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). We used the directions included by the hotel, but their signage is so small that we drove around the block 3 times, then only found a small sign and revolving door, but still unsure where to park, unload etc. Eventually we figured it out, and the place is winderful.
