"This was a wonderful hotel for cruise travelers! The concierge was warm and welcoming, helping us to acquire a taxi the next day to the port (half hour away). The hotel itself is classic, with lots of marble and granite, a small but efficient elevator, easy internet access, clean rooms, big bed options, and a nice neighborhood. It was everything we had hoped for!"

"Awesome place! This hotel is perfect in every aspect. It is located walking distance from all the city’s attractions. The construction inside es really beautiful, truly a work of art. Every corner has been perfectly designed and carefully maintained. It has an amazing garden and even the luxury of a small chapel/oratory. Rooms are not big but they are more than neat, simply impeccable. Breakfast is delicious and it is offered in a wide schedule, very convenient for the guests. You will be delighted by its elegance and beauty of this hotel. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer! "

"Very good hotel. I really praise the staff, specially those working in the breakfast. They are really kind and accommodating to our needs, projecting an awesome image of both the Italians and the hotel. Many things to highlight here, for instance: Daily water provision, big room (rare in Europe) delicious breakfast, good location, close to te city center with restaurants and supermarkets around. Bar open 24/7 wirh affordable prices. My only complaint: The gym is poorly equipped but the worst is the schedule, starting at 08:00 (too late to do something). Even worse, you have to go to the lobby and ask for the key. Once I went there to get the key at 07:40 and there was no human power to convince the clerk to give me it 20 minutes ahead…ridiculously stubborn from my point of view. Other than that, great place to stay. I”ll be back for sure!"

"Hotel Diana was reasonably priced. I had a very early checkout and the staff left a drink box and snack bar on the front desk for me. Nice touch!"

"If you want to Stay in the middle of Ravenna with lots of attractions cloe by this is a great location. And if you are going on a cruise they have a regularly scheduled bus service to the port."

"The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. Because it is in the small town of Imola, the dining options are limited. It was easy to catch a taxi to and from the railway station, but Uber did not work. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous."
