"The hotel was perfectly well located to enjoy Trento. The parking was right next to the hotel, which was very convenient for the luggage. Plenty of dinner options near by and everything we wanted to visit was at a walking distance. The room was small but full of charm. We really enjoyed our short stay!"

"This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the side of the mountain. Appears newly updated the staff was so accommodating and helpful.. only issue was it is about 35 min walk from train station. The owners actually took us into town to dine and to catch the train due to rain. We would definitely return if in the area"

First, we were given an incorrect address from Expedia, lost for hours in the Dolomites and finally had to find a hotel to overnight to avoid traveling on dark mountain roads. "The young lady that cleans does an amazing job! She cleaned everything in the parking garage: she scrubbed the recycle/trashcans, the walls, the light fixtures. You could literally eat off the garage floor, it was so squeaky clean! The wellness room areas were amazing. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been a dryer to dry our laundry. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Our room was newly renovated. Large bathroom. Right in the main square. A little tricky to arrive as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area but Marco at reception was super helpful. Parking is an 11 min walk from the hotel in a secured location. Staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is very clean. There are no elevators but staff offered to assist with our bags. Overall a great experience. "
