Caryville Retreat - Park and Ride

A relaxing 2/2 retreat , yet close to all the area has to offer including Norris Lake with 800 miles of shoreline, or multiple ATV trails for hours of riding and exploration. Access Royal Blue ATV trails right from the driveway, traveling just 2 miles up Mountain Road. You may also enjoy the water from the many local marinas. Easy access to the interstate, yet quiet and relaxing in this mountain neighborhood. The location allows you to comfortably play all day or do absolutely nothing at all. Two full bedrooms and bathrooms. USB ports in all rooms. Home amenities include wireless internet, fully stocked kitchen including pod/pot coffee maker, slow cooker, pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. All appliances, including washer and dryer. We provide sheets and towels as well as lap blankets in the livingroom. Enjoy your breakfast beverage on the front porch and games in the large private back yard. Outdoor amenities include a park style BBQ off the side porch and a smokeless firepit with rustic seating area in the back yard. Rockers on the front porch add opportunity for relaxing while drinking your beverage of choice or winding down after a busy day.
Plenty of parking for your toys and trailers.
Knoxville and Gatlinburg are about an hour's drive, Maggie Valley is 2 hours away. This is a great central location to enjoy all that the Campbell County area has to offer or explore more of Tennessee and Kentucky.
* Security cameras are in place at both the front and side entrances due to the nature of the property. These cameras only monitor access areas to the residence.
** We have tried to provide many photos of the drive for people pulling trailers. It is a 30 degree driveway so if you are inexperienced with pulling in and out of inclines this may not be the place for you. We don’t have problems with people driving on our grass as they enter or exit but want to respect the neighbor’s property. Most people have been pulling one or two trailers and it has not been a problem. PLEASE inquire if you have questions or concerns about this.

***Please note: Accommodations allow you to park and ride right from the driveway. Out of state visitors can print riding permits from home by going to www.gooutdoorstennessee.com. Carry them with you at all times during your ride.

Cute house in Caryville

The house was perfect for my daughter and bridesmaids to stay in the night before her wedding and then for her and her new husband to stay the night after their wedding!! We loved the house. It was extremely clean and we were able to relax and feel at home. The location is great. Just minutes to Royal Blue. For a short ride, we were able to ride up the mountain from the property to Caryville Flats. We plan on making this VRBO our go-to for sure when we come back to this location!

Very nice and comfortable place to get away for some time. The place was very clean and offered everything we needed to have a enjoyable stay for the weekend. Offered easy access to royal blue and windrock trails which is what we were looking for while riding our RZRs.

The house is clean and comfortable. It has a well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms are large and clean. Nice washer and dryer. Good TV and WIFI. No hot tub. Short distance off of I-75. Great communication by owner. Would stay here again!

Great mountain getaway
We spent several nights at this cute mountain property. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend a new mattress for the main bedroom. It has a definite sag, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

Second Stay Here - Great Again
This was our second stay here in about a year. My wife and I really enjoy this VRBO. We take our side by side and ride the parks in the surrounding areas. Took the truck into the mountains with the dogs and made occasional stops to get out and hike around. Used the firepit and enjoyed the cool late fall weather. Just had an overall wonderful time again. Already looking forward to our next trip. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Pretty decent stay
Everything was as described. Didn't appreciate the gun fire we heard multiple times a day terrified our dog who was with us. Driveway was difficult with 24' trailer but we got it in the parking lot. Overall a very nice place.

Very quaint
More than anything, we wanted to comment on how helpful the homeowners were during my husband’s stay. They were very responsive to any questions we had both leading up to, and during the trip.We were looking at moving to TN, and the homeowner’s even suggested a realtor they knew, which was so kind. Also, our stay had to be cut short due to a family emergency with no hassle at all. We would highly recommend renting from a couple who definitely live up to the concept of southern hospitality.

It was very clean and supplied with pretty much anything you could want. Very quiet area. The only thing we had an issue with was trying to back a 20’ trailer in and trying to stay off the neighbors lawn at the same time. It the driveway would have been a little wider we would not have had an issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
