Los Abuelos de Cártama by Ruralidays

Holiday home near Cartama, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This house is what you need if you are looking for a corner surrounded by nature, and you also want to have the opportunity to escape to Malaga and the beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol.

The fabulous modern style, bright interiors and beautiful views of the crops that surround the plot will make you wonder why you didn't choose this house before.

The property is laid out on two floors.

On the ground floor, you will have at your disposal a large living area, with comfortable sofas, a dining table and a perfectly equipped open kitchen. The large amount of light that enters through the windows highlights the room's exquisite decoration. The ground floor also welcomes two of the four bedrooms, one with a 150cm double bed and the other with a single bed.

The other two bedrooms with double beds are located on the upper floor. Lastly, both floors are equipped with a bathroom with a shower.

The bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con.

The outdoor area doesn't lag behind, as it features a covered space for dining "al fresco", to enjoy tasty delicacies outdoors, a barbecue, porch, an outdoor toilet with shower. You will soon discover that the outdoor area has everything you need to enjoy the warm Andalusian sun and spend time, as you prefer. Of course, the icing on the cake is the spacious private pool, with a lawned area and sun loungers to relax.

Whatever activity you choose to do both inside and outside the house, this accommodation will not disappoint you.

Access to the house is via a 300-meter dirt track.

GREAT STAY
From start to finish the booking was straight forward and easy, the photo's of the property need updating, as do not do it justice, for example the gazebo structure has been replaced, by a perminate structure is much better idea,, the sun umbrellas, are now more solid, straw beach style ones, there is now an out door fridge freezer, the shower is now outside, and the inside (as was shower), is now the out side loo, wash basin, and the washing machine has been moved from the kitchen to there, a great idiea in out books. also the view is better than the photo's show, some things to note, for people thinking of booking, you are near to the local fire helicopter pad, (at rear of property not seen INFOCA)), you can expect some helicopter activity, which to us made for some great entertainment, as somebody has mentioned before you are near a main road, but to be fair, except for rush hour, you tend to not hear it, certainly, not indoors. the villa is well laid out, and has everything you need, for a comfortable stay, the pool is cleaned on a regular basis, towels and sheets are changed weekly, I have never had that before. Sandra the host, does not speak English, but with my very limited Spanish, sign language, and good old google translate, and the assistance of the ever helpful Jevi, her son, we got by just fine, highly recommend this property, and will return, thank you Sandra/Jevi loved the stay in your property

Fantastic villa
We had an amazing holiday and this beautiful clean spacious villa, the outdoor area is amazing and even has a table tennis table, basketball hoop and a kids tramploine, the pool is beautiful and the outdooor barbecue area is great for outdoor living, even has a large fridge/ freezer so your not having to go inside for drinks, also an outdoor toilet and shower, the beds are very comfortable and you have everything you need for the perfect holiday, sandra is a really lovely host and as a welcome we were left a large dish of fresh fruit and a large bottle of water. The privacy of this villa dosent get any better, its literally on its own surrounded by lemon trees, if you want peace and quiet this is the place for you , tried booking for next year whilst we were there but found its already booked ☹we will deffinitly be back in the future, nothing is more than a short drive away .you wont be dissapointed if you book this villa.one of the best holidays weve had , thank you sandra for your kind hospitality and the lovely jar of olives you brought us. Just perfect 🙂

Ma famille et moi sommes venu passer 10 jours dans cette magnifique maison qui est encore mieux en vrais que sur les photos. Endroit calme dans la nature. Idéal pour vous couper des grandes villes et de l’agitation. Elle dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin et même le nécessaire pour un enfant en bas âge. La piscine est grande. Tout a était parfait. La propriétaire est une dame avec le coeur sur la main prête a tout pour vous aider. Je recommande.

Nous avons eu un excellent accueil , notre hôte est une personne très sympathique et dévoué, elle a été au petit soin pour nous avec pleins de délicates attentions pendant notre séjour . Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans sa maison ,la piscine est excellente, les différents endroits pour se détendre a l extérieur sont superbes et la maison propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût nous y reviendrons bien volontiers. Schönes gepflegtes Haus mit viel Charme, inmitten einer Zitronenplantage. Schöne Außenanlage mit tollem Griller und Pool. Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Lage, und trotzdem nur 2 Minuten von der Autobahn entfernt. Je nach Windrichtung kann man die nahe gelegene Autobahn manchmal etwas hören, störte uns aber nicht.

Lovely place and wonderful setting
We stayed here for a week and had a lovely break. The host Sandra meet us and took us (down a dirt road) to wonderful villa. Clean and tidy, with all equipment required for self catering. Outside area great with a wonderful pool. Sandra was available and ensured we had everything we needed. A car is needed to explore. This place will not disappoint.

Was für eine fantastische Villa. Alles war noch so neu. Alle Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, was sehr schön war. Der Pool war super gut und makellos sauber. In der Zwischenzeit wurde es wieder gereinigt. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Sandra und ihre Familie waren sehr gastfreundlich. Bei der Ankunft erhalten wir köstliche Oliven aus ihrer Region zur Begrüßung. Es war schon alles im Kühlschrank und genug Wasser, um die Woche zu überstehen. Die Kommunikation verlief gut. Dieses Haus hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. In der Nähe gibt es zwei große Supermärkte, in denen Sie Ihre Einkäufe erledigen können. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen!

Wir wollten ein Haus finden, um uns nach einem Roadtrip in Andalusien zu entspannen und die Ruhe und Sonne zu genießen ... und wir sind so froh, dieses Haus gewählt zu haben, in dem wir einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt hatten! Das Haus ist neu, mit einer raffinierten und angenehmen Einrichtung, und es liegt inmitten von Feldern mit Granatäpfeln und Orangenbäumen. Es gibt kaum ein Gegenteil, vielleicht sind nur wenige Arbeiter auf den Feldern, aber Sie können den Pool genießen und sich in absoluter Privatsphäre sonnen. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschäfte sind weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Damit waren alle Kriterien erfüllt. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Sandra, die sehr herzlich und nett ist, sie war immer verfügbar und freundlich. Wir haben wundervolle Erinnerungen an dieses Treffen und an diesen Aufenthalt, der uns am meisten geholfen hat.

Es ist gepflegt und sauber, das Haus ist ein Traum, dir Lage ist abgeschieden für genug Privatsphäre. Meine Freundin und ich hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen dort. 10 von 10 Sternen. Wir werden uns definitiv nochmal für diese Finca entscheiden, da besteht kein Zweifel. Beste Grüße von René und Sarah :-)
