"There was building work going on next door drilling from 8:30-6 so very noisy (you couldn’t sit on balcony) and walls very thin so could hear neighbours talking & coughing. Reception did not tell us that we had to pay for the safe until we went to say we couldn’t get it to work. In a good position for old town and the front promenade and car park next door."

"This is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, clean and modern with all the facilities needed. The beds were very comfirtable and towels were all fresh and clean. It was also quiet The swimming pool deck area has brilliant views and is very large with sunbeds all around. It is a bit farther from Ronda centre but you can actually walk the back way which is shorter and also prettier and scenic rather than the main road. I didnt notice any buses going there. "we had a nice, relaxing 5-day stay and enjoyed our terrace with hottub, which is a Junior Suite on the roof. That part was great. However, there is limited dining and no parking, but we were pre-warned about that. The hotel and room need updating there were many things worn out or not working - the taps had lost their chrome coating, the oven hotplates had a extractor fan and light which didn't work, and a lot of the wood trims were worn and needing repair and repainting. "There is no parking provided. The public parking garage 1/2 block away is poorly marked and there were insufficient details given at check-in. I ended up parking in a public garage .6 miles away at an overnight cost of 22 Euro. Very inconvenient not having dedicated parking or better instructions as to closed public parking. "

"Really lovely place to stay. Central to all the sights to see in Ronda. Very nice lady greeted us at reception and showed us to our room. The staff had WhatsApped me a couple of days beforehand asking what time I’d arrive. Really useful to have the number as the reception isn’t manned 24 hours. 10 day relaxing stay

"We had a very comfortable relaxing stay in this Hotel. Room was very comfortable with tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, sofa, table & 2 chairs in the room. Balcony with another table & 2 chairs. Bathroom had a walkinshower, shower was powerful & water lovely & hot at all times. Toiletries provided. Breakfast was buffet style, plenty of fresh fruit. Plenty of variety between hot & cold food. Staff kept the tables cleared and cleaned swiftly & efficiently keeping up with the constant flow of guests Dinner was in their Italian restaurant onsite. This was alacarte & table service. Again plenty of variety & choices. Staff were very friendly & helpful providing a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We must mention an outstanding service provided to us by Clara, Esther & Marc. Thank you all, you made our stay enjoyable & memorable 😊 Esthers recommendation of red wine at dinner was most enjoyable. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Irish guests in room 4311 who checked out today "

"Beautiful hotel, very classy, but central area under renovation while off-season. Incredible breakfast, covering all the bases. Easy parking at reasonable price. Decent bar -restaurant, useful since there is nothing else close by (the only problem with the place is that it is remote from tourist action, restaurants and stores). Very friendly people at front desk. Nice room, fairly spacious, clean, quiet, nice balcony. Would return, as long as not looking for walkable distance to activities. Courtyard must be beautiful in summer."
