Small boutique hotel with limited services. Nice staff but lack of amenities. Poor limited breakfast. No drinking water available after free bottle at arrival. Poor room cleaning

This hotel was in the perfect location for us because it was within walking distance to many restaurants, and local vendors and a 9-minute drive to the Old Town. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the hot water was good as well. All the staff was pleasant, polite, and professional. They were very attentive and had a willingness to address issues while going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. However, some adjustments need to be made to improve the guest experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were wondering if it was closed because the door was locked. We had to knock for someone to let us in and that continued for the rest of our stay. Whenever we went out and came back, we had to knock. Also, for the nights we came back late, two females would be the ones answering the door, which seemed unsafe for them and the guests. We would also get a Whatsapp message with the same breakfast menu every night, requesting for us to place our order for the next morning. That made us feel pressured into giving a response and it was quite unfair because sometimes we couldn’t easily change our minds the next morning. The constant back and forth on the phone took time away from us enjoying our vacation. There was also loud music that was played every morning which interrupted our rest. We forgot to put the DND sign outside one night and the housekeeper entered our room early in the morning without knocking. Cleaning was also only available in the morning

Personnel très aimable et à votre service. Ils parlent anglais. Chambre confortable, seul bémol, l'eau chaude est difficile à régler. Au petit déjeuner, c'est dommage les fruits sortent du frigo et sont presque congelé.

Ubicación es excelente, estás en el barrio de Getsemani con muchas cosas cerca, se siente mucha seguridad al caminar ya que está lleno de turistas. El personal con excelente atención, nos preparaban desayuno por las mañanas y era muy rico con poca variedad pero en sabor bastante bueno. el cuarto estaba un poco descuidado en las fotografias se veia mucho mejor tiene poco espacio para 3 personas, con sillas antiguas y oxidadas, telarañas en el techo, la ropa de cama podria tener mas limpieza no eran muy comodas y no olian a limpio, toallas desgastadas, no hubo abastecimiento de papel de baño diario ni limpieza del suelo diario, el baño no tiene un lavabo grande por lo que no hay donde acomodar las cosas, por costo beneficio es buena opcion para llegar solo a dormir, pero si quieres estar en el cuarto y descansar no lo recomendaría. repito el personal muy atento, el tema es mas por las instalaciones.
