This modern 1st floor apartment is located in the popular complex of Arona 2 with its well kept gardens and communal swimming pool. The beaches of Mar de Cristal and Isla Menores on the Mar Menor are just a short walk away.
The apartment has been furnished to a high standard with a good size lounge/dining room leading out onto the balcony which overlooks the pool and gardens. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a small balcony and both have good wardrobe space. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine and dolce gusto coffee machine. The apartment also has a large screen TV and super fast fibre Internet.

Mar de Cristal is located on the shores of the Mar Menor with 2 marinas, supermarket, tennis/padel centre and a number of bars and restaurants. In the summer months there is a market selling local fruit and vegetables, clothes and local products.

Valoro mucho la limpieza,y estaba todo muy limpio. Tuvimos un percance ajeno a la agencia, y fue solventado rapidisimo. Sólo disponiamos de una toalla de baño por persona, y un juego de sabanas. Lo ideal es tener otro más para quita y pon.
