Lovely Los Olivos Apartment, La Manga Club - 3 Bed, 3 Bath With Rooftop Solarium

Los Olivos apartment on La Manga Club Resort, Costa Calida, Spain - centrally located for Club amenities including the Racquets Club (tennis centre), Supermarket, Bellaluz Square, Pools, Bars, Restaurants and Cafes.

The property
This apartment is situated within the ever-popular Los Olivos Community at the heart of La Manga Club. It is ideal for family holidays, time away with friends or for sporting breaks. Built just over 20 years ago, the property boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and also benefits from a wonderfully positioned rooftop solarium which gives 360 degree views across La Manga Club.

The apartment is set in a block of just six (3 apartments on ground and 3 apartments on first floors) and, with the only adjoining property being below, is not subject to neighbouring noise. In addition to the outside space on the rooftop, the apartment has four additional terraces, including a dual aspect terraced lounge. The solarium offers lovely views of the resort, has seating and sunbathing for 6 people plus a built-in brick BBQ for those lazy summer evenings.

The property is just 2 minutes walk to the shops and delightful Bellaluz Square. It is approximately a 5 minute walk from La Plaza (The Last Drop, Petrol Station, etc) with its shops, restaurants and retail outlets.

There is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, comprising of a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a sun terrace. The second bedroom is also ensuite and can either be set up as a double or twin room. It also has a sun terrace and dressing area with fitted cupboards. The third bedroom can also be configured as double or twin, has plenty of storage space and has views across the resort. The third bathroom is located off the main hallway meaning there is no need to go through a bedroom. All bathrooms have been recently refurbished.

Los Olivos Community
The community has two large outdoor swimming pools with safe areas for children and an indoor heated pool complex with relaxation areas and a table tennis table. It is situated just minutes away from bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket and the tennis centre.

La Manga Club Resort
La Manga Club itself offers a wide range of activities. There are three 18-hole championship golf courses, each with its own unique style and terrain and all offering outstanding views. The Academy of Golf provides group and private tuition for complete beginners right through to the most experienced players.

The Spa is located at the hotel and is a stylish and spacious facility. Whether you are looking for a spa vacation or simply to pamper yourself whilst on holiday, the spa will be able to offer everything you need.

The internationally renowned Tennis Centre is an outstanding facility. There are 28 courts to choose from, including clay courts, four hard courts and four AstroTurf courts, two paddle tennis courts and a squash court.

Booking all sporting activities is done directly with each facility on site. Watersport bookings can also be made on site.

The resort is also packed with shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.

Friends getaway
We loved the apartment, it is great that there are three bedrooms, two ensuite and a family bathroom so nobody had to share. We came out to celebrate my husband's birthday with another two couples and the apartment is ideally located near the shops, bars and restaurants. I'd highly recommend this apartment and the owner Neil was fantastic to deal with, quick to respond to any questions or queries and even sent a message to check we'd arrived safely which was a lovely touch.

My kids and I had a lovely week over the Easter break. The apartment has everything you need: it’s very clean, well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. The indoor pool was great as outdoor pools on April are a little too cold to enjoy. The communication with the owner and local agent is very easy and all queries are swiftly resolved.

Central location
The property itself was excellent . All rooms a good size. Nice to have 2 of the bedrooms with ensuite. 3rd bathroom had big walk in shower Kitchen was fine but a few more utensils would be good and more than 2 t towels. I feel sure at one time there were more teaspoons but only 3 Plenty plates . A few wee bowls for nuts. If we'd been there for more than a week we'd have bought them. Property very handy for walking to Belaluz and down to the shops and restaurants close to the garage. Good roof terrace with fabulous views I didn't like the spiral staircase to the roof or the number of stairs up to apartment but I knew about that beforehand. The others were fine. We enjoyed our stay and weather was lovely

A wonderful centrally located villa in the heartr of la manga club
We have been coming to La Manga Club for over 30 years and this was our first trip staying in Los Olivos. A very spacious well proportioned villa. Large lounge, comfy beds and plenty space for us all. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace each night playing cards and eating tapas. We could walk to bellaluz Square with in 2 minutes and the supermarket within 5 so you don't need a car.

Just returned from a fabulous week with our older teenage sons and girlfriends. The apartment is in a fabulous location on the club, beautifully presented and spacious with three lovely bathrooms. Excellent value apartment with spectacular views
The apartment is in very central location and within walking distance to all La Manga Club has to offer. Was good size for our family of 4 adults and 2 under 8's with its 3 bathrooms. We loved the nearby pools especially the top pool which is more private and perfect for kids. Spectacular views from the main balcony and roof terrace although you'll need a head for heights to reach the latter via the spiral staircase! We have been coming to La Manga Club for 20 years and would book this apartment again.

We have recently returned from Los Olivos. Lovely apartment, quality furnishing with good size balconies and roof terrace. The pool areas are well equipped and very peaceful. Very nice, clean apartment in a quiet part of Los Olivos. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked well for us and good sized main balcony allowed us to eat most meals outside. Owner Neil and his property manager were easily contactable if we needed them, but we had no issues during our relaxing 2 week stay.

Stayed at the apartment for a week for my dads birthday! Location is amazing everything within a 5 minute walk! Property is extremely spacious and very well kept! Roof terrace is a lovely touch! Pool area and grounds also lovely spent a few days relaxing at the pool! Had a few conversations with owner before coming out always more than helpful!
