This is a spacious villa-styled apartment. It is located within La Manga Club Resort. In the property there are two en suite bedrooms and one bedroom with a private bathroom.
The apartment is situated in the beautiful and quiet Las Palmeras community of only 30 linked apartments with a large shared swimming pool for the exclusive use of owners and guests.
There is free fiber optic Wi-Fi and a new air conditioning/heating system. You can have your meal on a private terrace with stunning view overlooking palm trees, the Par 47 Golf course and Mar Menor. The second private terrace located upstairs is equipped with sunbeds. The kitchen is fully equipped. TV and DVD player are also available. In every bedroom there are window shutters.
It is possible to hire an infant pack: cot, highchair and stair gate.
The apartment is suitable for elderly people as there are only 2 steps inside and 4 steps outside leading from the parking to the property. Parking is situated just outside the property. However the swimming is downstairs.

La Manga Club offers luxury, leisure and sport with wonderful weather all year round. It is situated on a secure gated resort within 1500 acres of beautiful Murcian countryside. It has 3 great golf courses. The tennis facilities are superb: the UK LTA use La Manga for their winter training. The area is ideal for hiking, cycling, football and cricket. It is possible to go horse riding in nearby in Los Belones. Go-Carts are within 10-minute drive from the Club. You can also enjoy one of the best kitesurfing spots in Europe - Mar Menor is within 15 minutes driving distance.
Restaurants, cafes and bars are within short walking distance. La Manga Clubs offers also a private beach that is within 25mintes walking distance. You can also take a very short drive there.

Fantastic Trip
We had a wonderful time at La Manga. This property was perfect for us -spacious and very clean, with ideal facilities. Dominika could not have been more helpful. Extremely responsive throughout. Highly recommended! I'm sure we'll be back.

Great apartment
Second time I have stayed at this property with my partner and two teenage daughters. It’s perfect with 3 large bedrooms, lovely living area, and a good balcony with a stunning view. The location is great, close enough to all the amenities but still quiet. Owner really helpful with any questions in advance and the resort management team also available. Will be returning

Fabulous stay in great location!
We had a lovely time staying in Las Palmeras on the La Manga Club! We arrived to find a spotless apartment with 3 big bedrooms, 2 with en-suite and a separate family bathroom. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, including a new Nespresso coffee machine and a blender. The only thing the kitchen was missing was the basics - salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. The apartment has great views over the club all the way out to the Mar Menor and a lovely balcony & sun terrace. The TV was in English and even had Netflix which was great as it now has fibre which gave us 50MB internet speeds! We spent most of our time at the pool or at the beach (La Tintorera on the Mar Menor is highly recommended for cleanliness & great food!). The management company were easy to deal with and very helpful! There was a small issue with the fridge and they delivered an emergency one within an hour. The only downside was the lack of curtains but the owner, Dominika advised that new shutters were being fitted imminently. We would highly recommend and will most likely be back next year!!
