This rental features a private rooftop deck for sunbathing and gatherings, a private Jacuzzi pool, a large courtyard with a full size pool, hardscapes in granite, marble and stone, and rich plantation style shutters to keep you cool. 24/7 doorman, plenty of A/C and hot water is key for Cartagena and it is offered. You will want for nothing and your happiness will be our top priority.

Squeaky Germ-Free Clean Policy:
We have implemented a 2-day cleaning process prior to every new guest arrival:
Day 1: thorough disinfecting of every single surface and replacement of all linens and towels with fresh laundered ones.
Day 2: wide spectrum fog germicide by a certified cleaning company that kills germs, bacteria, virus, fungi, etc. Completely safe for humans. A printed certificate will be left in the unit for your reference upon entry.
In addition:
1. All workers and staff of Grupo Gaviota will wear personal protective equipment while in the Property consisting of face masks and gloves.
2. We will provide hand sanitizer at the entrance of the Property for use during your stay.
