Wynwood had the worst check in process. There was a receptionist in the building but they were not notified about the reservation. So when we arrived we couldn't get in. They sent us an email with check in instructions but the pin to the door was masked and we couldn't get in. Had to find their whatsapp bumver from a websites and chat in the middle of the night. No option to call.
Luckily they responded within 20 min or so amd we got in after 45 min of arriving there.
They really need to use the receptionist for coordinating reservation and checking the travel documents instead of sending an email after the reservation and asking for those docs.
Also, they don't always put accurate location. Location in expedia may not match the actual building location. One time i had to travel 45 min away from listing in expedia.
Properties were in decent condition but communication needs to improve
