The apartment is located in the best area of Cartagena next to the Radisson Cartagena Ocean Pavilion Hotel, 10 minutes from the airport in the exclusive northern area of Cartagena.
The building has several swimming pools and hot tubs and the beach is just steps away.

The apartment is located on the seventh floor of the building and has a large balcony overlooking the sea and the Sienaga de la Virgen

It has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and a private bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a large wardrobe, a large living room with a sofa bed, bathroom, flat screen TV and a stereo system the kitchen is fully equipped, fridge, microwave coffee maker dishes glasses cutlery pans etc. The apartment has a washer and dryer, enough linen and towels.
