"We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful and spoke English. The pool was an added bonus and the location was perfect for us to attend a concert at Alba Fucens' amphitheatre! The only slight negative was that the water pressure in the shower was not stable so it was fine one minute then it surged and was too hot. The only reason I gave it a 4* for the property facilities. Otherwise we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends."

Riscaldamento assente,in quanto una legge(?), sostiene il proprietario,lo obbliga ad accendere il 30 ottobre....mha...Servizi igienici rosa,anni sessanta appunto, pure scheggiati. Vasca da bagno da cambiare. Essendo mia moglie ipovedente con grosse difficoltà deambulatorie,ha dovuto affrontare una serie interminabile di gradini, dall' ingresso in poi. "Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."
