Beautiful holiday home near the forest

This beautiful holiday home features a quiet location near the Dordogne. It is very suitable for holidays with children.

The holiday home is located on a secluded estate, 500 m from the Dordogne River. Towards Groleac, a few kilometres from Carsac, there is a recreational area with swimming and fishing opportunities. Near Carsac you will find several amusement parks, castles, castle gardens, caves, wine and hiking trails and museums. A tennis court is 100 m from the house and public transport stops about 1 km away.

The attractively furnished house is part of a block of 4 and has its own little garden with terrace, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Lazy holiday days can be spent on the private terrace with furniture and enclosed garden.

Das Haus war wirklich schön, ich hatte zunächst Angst, dass es zu klein wird, aber für 4 Personen war es perfekt, genug Platz, sogar eine Waschmaschine, Regendusche... alles war da, Informationen sogar ein Tablet zum Nachschlagen. Sehr sauber, schöner Garten und super super freundliche Dame, der dieses Haus gehört, mit der man Kontakt hat, das Schwimmbad ist auch schön, und es ist sehr, sehr ruhig, für eine Hauptsaison TOP, es liegt auch in der Nähe verschiedener Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöne Spaziergänge in der Umgebung, Kajakfahren auf der Dordogne ist sehr zu empfehlen, aber diese Dame erzählt Ihnen gerne alles selbst, also unbedingt einmal mieten. DANKE für einen super schönen Urlaub! Wir haben es jetzt gesehen und machen gerne verschiedene Urlaube, sonst hätte ich sofort wieder gebucht! Da fühlt man sich zu Hause.

De door Belvilla gegeven code om het huisje binnen te kunnen was onjuist. Vorig jaar helemaal geen code. Blijkbaar erg moeilijk. Mag je na een lange rit zelf de code regelen via de eigenaar. Die weten wel wat echt service is.

Das Ferienhaus bietet das Beste aus französischen und niederländischem Feriendomizilen: ein schöner Garten mit zwei bequemen Sitzgruppen und 2 Gartenliegen, durch geschickte Bepflanzung private Atmosphäre, sehr gute Ausstattung mit Auflagen, Webergrill und Extraliegen für den Pool der Domiane, Gazelle-Fahrräder inklusive Fahrradtaschen in Fahrradbox. Das Ferienhaus klein, aber fein: sehr praktisch eingerichtet, gemütliche Schlafkammern, Küche super ausgestattet, kurzer Weg zum Pool. Lage der Domiane wunderbar: unmittelbar am Radweg, schöner Fuß- und Radweg nach Carsac, Kanuverleih, Restaurants und ein wunderschöner Lotosblumengarten in Fußwegentfernung. het was een erg leuk huisje. Van alle gemakken voorzien. mooie en schone badkamer. Heerlijke tuin. met lekkere ligbedden. Ook het zwembad op het parkje was heerlijk. Het was heel de week 30 graden dus we hebben er iedere dag wel gebruik van gemaakt. Echt een aanrader.

een geweldige plek! mooi huisje, schoon en met alles erop en eraan. op het park zijn een zwembad en tennisbaan aanwezig, wij hadden soms het gevoel dat deze voor ons privé waren. in de omgeving is voor ieder wat wils, alles is in de buurt, bereikbaar per fiets of auto.

een fantastisch huis rustig park en omgeving men hoeft zich niet te vervelen heel veel natuur grotten en kastelen of lekker rustig thuis alles is mogelijk dus gewoon genieten ons hoogte punt was Chateau Jardins des Milandes met in het kasteel een totale tentoonstelling van het leven over Josephine Baker Margriet en Kokkie

Zeer goed gelegen woning in een rustig domein. Tuin met mooie privacy. Heeft wel geen poortje, dus niet volledig afgesloten voor hond. Tennis terrein en zwembad niet druk bezet en goed onderhouden. Woning had alles te bieden en was zeer verzorgd. Domein ligt op 800 meter van een zeer mooi en groot strand aan de Dordogne, met niet te veel volk en mogelijkheid iets te eten/drinken. Chemin vert ligt langs het domein en biedt mogelijkheid om te fietsen en lopen zonder verkeer. Woning ligt ideaal om de streek te verkennen met Sarlat, Domme, alle stadjes-dorpjes aan de rivier, en de markten. Zeer ontspannend op een 8 uur rijden van Brussel.

Het vooraf melden bij de beheerder ( niet mevrouw Jojou ) is als zeer onplezieri ...
Het vooraf melden bij de beheerder ( niet mevrouw Jojou ) is als zeer onplezierig ervaren. Keurig vooraf gebeld; echter beheerder spreekt behalve Frans geen enkele andere taal. Beheerder behandelde ons uiterst onbeschoft door telkens de verbinding te verbreken. Mevrouw Jojou was helaas niet bereikbaar. Ten einde raad met de helpdesk gebeld. Helpdesk heeft ons correct en snel geholpen zodat wij alsnog de sleutel van ons huisje gekregen hebben, en na 1,5 uur ter plaatse in de snikhete zon en een reis van 14 uur alsnog onze vakantie kon beginnen. Dit was een zeer onaangename verrassing.
