"The check in experience was seamless with the pre check in option. The building is older but well maintained. The bed was okay. The ac/heating unit was loud but not as loud as the other guests slamming doors and allowing their children to run up and down the halls, which isn’t the motels fault. The location is convenient and it takes about 7 minutes to get to the national park. "

"We stayed a Liberty in the main lodge which was beautiful and very quiet. The problem was that Hotels.com doesn't give you the room you book in the pictures. They give you whatever is left at any of the three buildings. We got lucky and got a nice room but it could have been a disaster. Book directly with the resort! "
