"I recently stayed at the Arecibo Inn and had a mixed experience, but overall, I’m giving it 5 stars because the value for the price is excellent. The service was truly a standout—staff members were courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, and any concerns were addressed professionally and efficiently. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hallways had a lingering unpleasant smell, likely due to people smoking despite posted policies. Better vigilance and enforcement of the no-smoking rule would improve the environment significantly. The hallways were also quite noisy at times, especially during the night. Installing better soundproof doors could help minimize the disturbance for guests. Finally, the mattresses could use an upgrade, as mine felt worn and not very comfortable. Improving mattress quality would really elevate the overall guest experience. In spite of these issues, the overall value for what I paid was excellent. With a few improvements, this hotel could easily become a top choice in the area."

"My favorite hidden gem of a hotel in PR. The most stunning views on the island of all the other resorts I’ve stayed at and this place is so cheap compared to others. The rooms are super clean, staff is friendly, and the infinity pool with a built in bar is a+"

"We had an absolute fabulous stay at this condo. The bedrooms were well equipped with plush mattresses and bureaus to unpack clothing. It also came with beach chairs to use and coolers for your beverages. Luis was amazing and contacted me immediately when there was an entire island black-out. We would 100% rent this unit again. My only suggestion would be to install hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms (they actually make hooks with self-adhesion that would be perfect). We didn't have anywhere to hang our bath towels so hooks would be very helpful. Luis, thanks for everything and hope we can rent from you again in the future! "
