"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

"The apartment was very easy to find and had abundant parking. It’s a beautiful house located in a quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated after 2 weeks of busy traveling. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!"

"Enjoyed a week stay in Andrew's fantastic villa. Photos don't do it justice - the views are spectacular and the property is amazing. Loved the outdoor kitchen / bar area beside the pool and the hot-plate and BBQ. The villa has everything a family will need, lots of utensils, glassware and modern appliances (coffee machine and blender were very useful!). Communication with Andrew was excellent and he personally and quickly sorted out a small issue before we even arrived at the villa. Location...

"La piscina es pequeña, todos los armarios tienen candados, hay polillas, el water huele mal, los electrodomésticos son viejos y se rompieron cuando estuvimos allí, todos los utensilios de cocina estaban pegajosos y eran del rastro. Lo peor fue que la casa estaba muy sucia y nos habían cobrado 150€ por la limpieza. Las personas que gestionan y mantienen la casa no son profesionales y recomendaría alquilar otra cosa."

"Lovely little place, very friendly and extremely helpful staff, mostly Spanish custom, I think I only spoke to one other British visitor in the whole fortnight! Big Carp in the lake if you're into fishing, only problem being the access needs making a bit more disabled friendly. Could do with a bit more choice on the menu, but what there was, was very nice."

"Loved our stay in Villa Flora. Made to feel very welcome. Well equipped, comfortable and private with a beautiful pool and sheltered terraces. We did not want for anything.Also not far to drive to safe and quiet sandy beaches. Our stay passed all too quickly."

"El Pao was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. However there were some things that we did not expect. I stayed in the room with the bubble. I think it’s important to note that the only access to the room with the bubble are spiral stairs, not horrible but not also the best. I had the idea that this would be a “bed in breakfast” but because the room could only be accessed by the spiral stairs, the breakfast could not be brought up to the room. I would not recommend the room with the bubble during summer because there is no ventilation and it is very hot in there. Making it impossible to go in during the day and okay at night. Although you could go in at night, you’d have to leave in the morning because it would start to get hot. Besides that, the room was gorgeous. My favorite feature was the tub in the center of the room. The balcony area with the bubble was also very nice and big, area to tan and lay as well which I appreciated. The breakfast was also delightful and they had good coffee. I think the ventilation in the air bubble was the biggest let down because we barely used it, I was so excited for it but it was too hot for me and I couldn’t sleep comfortably. This could be my fault for lacking common sense but it’s also summer, maybe put something in there during the summer? We did ask for a fan and were provided one, which was very nice but it still didn’t do much. But the bed in there was super comfy. Overall, I would give this place a 8/10. I am very grateful to stay"
