Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, the first and second have double beds and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. A second lounge room with reverse cycle air conditioning, external laundry with shower, toilet, and washing machine. Enjoy a family bbq while relaxing on the deck watching the sun go down over Yankalilla Bay

Please not this property has an external staircase only there is no internal staircase, the only downstairs toilet is in the external laundry.
