A cottage look home with three bedrooms, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, ducted evaporative air conditioning , fully enclosed yard , BBQ, , outdoor furniture. Only a short stroll to the pristine Carrickalinga beaches in a quiet and private setting. Brick construction and a large back yard with plenty of grass for children to enjoy.

This is a fully self contained holiday rental property. Quilts, pillows and covers are provided. You need to provide your own linen. If you wish to hire linen please call our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment.

Carrickalinga break
Two nights at this clean, convenient comfortable cottage for 3 mature adults in 3 double bedrooms. Not close to beach but a quiet neighbourhood.

Definitely not recommended!!!!
Kitchen area adequately provided with utensils etc. A picture of the ensuite was not displayed on the advertisement for this rental property. Had I known that it was a tiny half bath/shower/toilet with doors accessed from the kitchen and the bedroom I would not have considered renting this property. Heating was provided via two floor heaters which were totally inadequate. Wall Aircon was not working and had not been since 2011 according to the visitors book. When we contacted the office it was suggested that it was a cold day so may take time to heat up. Overall the property needed a deep clean e.g. dusty broken blinds and curtains.. Suggest all food and toiletries(some of which were out of date) from previous tenants be removed.

Large kitchen is well equipped with ample utensils, SHARP knives (most unusual in a rental). The large enclosed yard is neat, full of birdlife, great for children to play. An amazing bookshelf of books, games and puzzles. Walk to the beach to watch the sunsets. Great quiet location. Hope to return in future.

Fabulous getaway location
Stayed 2 nights with 4 friends. Very comfortable stay - comfy beds, great shower, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Lovely large garden & ent. area. Short walk to the beach & close to so many top tourist spots. Highly recommend. 🤗

School holiday stay
Property was clean, neat and tidy when we arrived. BBQ clean and good for 6+ people. Property has all needed utensils for cooking. It is a short trip to the beach. Property is reasonably priced for what you get. My family of 4 had an enjoyable stay for 6 nights.
