'Sea Palms' - Luxury 5 Bedroom Beachfront Home

Lovely home built in 2002 on quiet street. Wide sandy-white beach great for long walks and sandcastle building. Great fishing in front of house. Five deep-well marinas, great restaurants, and a small town for shopping are within two miles.

Fall of 2020 we put in a new main bathroom, and refinished the hardwood floors. Also updated all hardware and remodeled the hall bath.

November 2021 saw a kitchen remodel with quartz counters and new appliances. Also completed the upstairs bathroom and put in new carpet.

This home has been well stocked for gourmet cooking. Easily accommodates a large crowd. The ten-foot by 32-foot, screened porch is ideal for breakfast, or reading a good book. Five TVs, with WIFI and streaming add to your entertainment. An upstairs bedroom is also a TV room for the children.

Visit nearby Apalachicola to see historic homes, museums, shops, and great restaurants. St. James Bay, A beautiful new golf Course is five miles away in Lanark.

Perfect for two families of four
The space is very comfortable. The access to our practically private beach is amazing. Easy drives to St. George Island and Appilachicola. Wonderful time had by all.

Lovely Place to Stay
Beautiful house on the water, works for a family with grown children and their partners, easily sleeping three couples+. Fully functional beautiful up to date kitchen, fun to prep meals here as a family. Constantly being upgraded, this was our 6th stay here, we have loved it each and every time.

Family Beach Time
Our multi-generational family had a wonderful stay in Seapalms with plenty of beach time and fantastic views. Close by St George Island and Apalachicola provided adventures, shopping, good food and drink. The property was large, clean and exactly as advertised! The beach is very private with great sunrises/sunsets and lots of marine life.

Perfect Spring getaway!
Sea palms is so lovely, and even though we’ve stayed there several times before, it gets better and better every-time. The host was very responsive with all questions and was able to offer us a last minute extra day. That was a life saver. The place is so clean, with everything you need to enjoy an extended stay and feel at home!

Nice, clean house in great location
This house is perfect for those wanting easy access to the Carrabelle Beach, yet away from any crowds that might gather near the public access points. It is also close to hiking trails in Tate's Hell State Forrest, and Apalachicola and St. George Island. The house itself is quite large, with a great kitchen and Master bedrooms upstairs and down. It is clean and well equipped. I have absolutely no negatives to report, and would like to stay here again in the future.

Family Celebration
Our extended family visited Carrabelle to celebrate my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. It was perfect for us. Low key, no hustle and bustle, just lots of relaxing and fun beach time. The house was perfect. Only downfall could be that there are not really too many restaurants close by but if you are staying in and cooking - you are all set!

Great Get Away!
The property was secluded yes accessible to the beach. The beach was nice and private as well. Fishing was good. One great restaurant in town, but in 20 min you are in great territory for that. The kitchen was well stocked. Great house. Lots of bedrooms and they are nice. I can recommend the area and house.

Great property for family getaway.
A couple of things that need fixing. Overall the property very clean and comfortable. Well appointed. Except for 2 things the microwave needs upgrading and the towels need upgrading too. Other then that the property is well kept and very clean. Great place for family fun and making memories.

Amazing vacation with wonderful family memories made
We had such a great stay at Sea Palms! The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was so well stocked. The house is just steps from the beach and the views from the porch were gorgeous. Beth was so responsive to any questions we had. The perfect laid back vacation week we were hoping for! I’ve rented lots of homes over the years and this one was by far the best one and was “as advertised” in the pics. We can’t wait to return soon. Morgan

2020 Family vacation
What an awesome place, even more than we expected. It is a very nice, clean house and is equipped with anything you would need. The layout of the house was perfect for us-open floor plan, good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, location to the beach was perfect and the owner was available if we had questions. Gem on the forgotten coast
This continues to be our favorite place to stay away from home. This is the fifth time we have come back and the property just continues to be better each time. Property is clean, kitchen has a nice selection of pots and pans for cooking. New outdoor shower is great! Beautiful peaceful view from screened in porch. Location is quiet during the week, and while there are more beach goers on the weekend, house feels like a retreat. Internet was super fast and reliable 200GB down / 60GB up. So grateful this property is so well maintained and available.

Peaceful & beautiful!
Our extended family (7-8 people) spent the Christmas holidays at Sea Palms. The setting could not have been more lovely. We could see and hear the ocean from the spacious deck, along with dunes and pine and palm trees. The beach was quiet and peaceful. We cooked every night and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfy and the living area was full of light and afforded a view of the ocean. What a wonderful backdrop for enjoying nature, the beach, food, games and family. Thank you!

Perfect Family Vacation
The house was perfect and fit our needs exactly and Beth was the perfect host! Plenty of room for the extended family. Sea Palms was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. We did not need to bring linens or bath towels and this was a great feature. The easy walk to the beach was no more than 50 yards. The boardwalk covered the lovely little marsh on the way to the private beach. Amazing marine life at this area! We are all looking forward to a return trip to Sea Palms! Amazing start to finish
This has been our fourth year staying at Sea Palms. House is very clean and well appointed. Owner is extremely responsive and wonderful to communicate with. We have already booked for next summer. I simply cannot say enough nice things about this home. Beach is perfect and secluded. Convenient location and lots of wildlife to boot! Everyone had a great experience from my 92 year old grandmother to my youngest 7 year old son! Memories made for years to come. Cannot wait for next year!!

BEST VRBO EVER!
This is a great beach house! When we first walked in we were really impressed! The house is wonderful, view is amazing, and the setting is tranquil. The house is very clean, even the floors! The 3 bedrooms downstairs were easy on everyone, and the upstairs bedrooms are generous. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. The downstairs covered area had plenty of room to set up the kiddy pool. The outdoor shower was convenient with both hot and cold water. Beth was very easy to work with.The kitchen is well equipped. I found the stairs outside to be very manageable even for little ones.

Perfect for our family of nine!
We are very thankful that we could spend Christmas 2017 with our whole family. The five bedrooms were perfect for all of us. We had our meals at the house everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach was great and playing football and other outdoor games right out behind the house was a lot of fun. We enjoyed a trip to St. George Island and the fresh shrimp and especially the huge scallops that we bought from the truck on the island were oh so good. We were very pleased. We found our own private Florida beach in Carrabelle! The house is AMAZING- beds great, kitchen GREAT! My 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter had a blast and I with her. Also had my 3 girls and their families! Short walk to the white sand! We spent ALOT of time on the screened in porch with that incredible, replaceable view. A very huge thank you to the owners. Beth referred the fishing guide and their hooks were never empty! My daughter said....” I could see us meeting here every year! I agree!!

Perfect Location
Our second summer spent at Sea Palms in Carrabelle Beach was as amazing as our first stay! The house itself is well-appointed and perfect our extended family. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house and it's proximity to the beach is amazing. One of our 12-year-old granddaughters said on that when she got home she was going to start packing for next summer! You really have your own private spot on the beach and it's beautiful! The marine life is amazing and the water is ideal. Sea Palms is located in a little gem of a town located on the Forgotten Coast Highway. If your desire is to be away from the large beach crowds, this is the absolute perfect place. The owner, Beth, is wonderful to work with - easy communication & quick to respond. Our plans are to return next summer! As a side note: We were very pleased with the area's social distancing and other provision to keep it's citizens and visitors tofor recharging! the area safe during this time of Covid-19.

Great house, quiet beach, convenient to town
We loved Sea Palms. The house was well maintained and had a great floorplan. There were 4 generations of our family there, so it met quite the spectrum of needs. The back porch was super. We loved sitting and watching the dolphins playing in the bay. We saw dolphins every day. There were a few walkers on the beach each day, but often we had it to ourselves. Beth, the owner, was responsive throughout the process leading up to and during our stay. The beach runs east/west, so the sunrises and sunsets were marvelous. We were back off the main road, so it was quiet both while in the yard and on the beach. The yard was big enough to throw Frisbee and play other games. The dining room table doubled for both meals and family game time. There was quite the selection of books available for reading if you forgot to bring one and with a television in every room you could slip away by yourself if you need. We really loved the property and would gladly stay here again.
