Magnificent brand-new 45m² studio/loft apartment in Carqueiranne, a famous seaside resort in the Var. Located in a private residential area, adjoining the owners' house, you'll enjoy large living spaces, an intimate outdoor area and an infinity pool.

This air-conditioned studio is fully equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave) and furnished with quality materials for optimum comfort. Two large bay windows provide ideal sunlight.

Owners' infinity pool, accessible by agreement, with terrace and sun loungers.

Please note that the swimming pool is in use from May onwards, and is not heated.
