Specchiolla
While the interior of the flat is very small, the terrace is huge and offers a peaceful setting. Specchiolla mid-September is deserted for the most part. If you are seeking a low-key, non-stimulating environment, this is it. The sea was amazingly cool, but refreshing, and there was a frequent breeze. I recommend La Tiziana, a beach restaurant run by a sweet family. They are friendly and accommodating and the food was authentic. The only downside of the rental was the difficulty getting Wifi to work. Otherwise, perfect for our purposes - quiet and solitude.

Bon spot pour rayonner dans les Pouilles
L’appartement est bien mais Spechiolla est un spot de clubs de vacances donc pas de vie en dehors de ces clubs. Emplacement est bon pour rayonner sur la région des Pouilles, beaucoup de choses à faire entre 25 mn et 1h30 de voiture ; côte est, Lecce, Otranto, Ostuni, Bari, Locorotondo..,

Appartement très vétuste et sale
Les photos de l'appartement ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Un mur a été construit sur la terrasse, le mobilier est pourri, le bbq est tout rouillé et donc inutilisable, le salon sur la terrasse est dégoûtant. La chambre des enfants est beaucoup trop petite. La commode de la chambre des parents est inutilisable car les tiroirs sentent mauvais. Même odeur dans les tiroirs de la cuisine. Les télécommandes de la climatisation et de la télévision collent aux doigts. Il n'y a rien dans l'appartement : manque de sel huile, sucre... Le seul point positif est la vue sur la mer et l'accès très proche de la voie rapide pour faire des visites. C'est du vol! Appartement à éviter. Le propriétaire encaisse les loyers et ne fait aucun travaux et l'agence de location est de mauvaise foi, aucun geste commercial.

Die Wohnung an sich ist gut. Das Umfeld ist laut, Blick auf die Umgebung nicht schön.
Die Wohnung für 4 Personen war ausreichend groß. Besonders gut war die große Terrasse, die sowohl mit als auch ohneSchatten zu jeder Tageszeit genutzt werden konnte. W-LAN konnte nur von einem Gerät genutzt werden!? Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wir hätten sie auch nur kurz genutzt. Ist erst nach über einer Woche aufgefallen. Praktisch und gut, waren auch die beiden Duschräume mit Toiletten. Preis auch für Hauptsaison verhältnismäßig hoch.
