"We stayed as a family for our spring break. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and location was great! The kids loved seeing wild horses right off the deck and we found more by driving around. We spent one day on the beach and that was a lot of fun. Weather was a bit chilly, but nothing we could control!"

"Perfectly simple. Everything one might need for a beach getaway. Kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath all well appointed and comfy cozy. TV in living room has a great sound bar that served as a wonderful Bluetooth speaker, and another massive TV in the bedroom for lazing around if you catch a bit of bad weather. Great little deck out front with views to the North, East and South, and if you catch a clear night, the heavens above. Star-filled skies that will astound. "

"This was our first time renting a house on the beach anywhere. It was very secluded. There were a few issues, but I suspect any place like that has a few issues. So I guess you get what you paid for. "

"Love love loved this place it was a great get away, the kids loved every minute of it and saw horses almost everyday even a baby one! Caught some fish from the dock and made lasting memories! Loved driving on the beach and not having to haul everything to it by hand! Would def recommend this for someone who doesn’t like the crowds and loves a real getaway to nature and beach! Kids can’t wait to go back!"

"we enjoyed this vacation and was so grateful to be allowed to have our pups. we were a little disappointed the upper floor had no AC which is where the kitchen is. However we slept awesome on great a great mattress at that floor was air conditioned. The AC was repaired about 5 th day we were there because they, AC contractors, were so busy after a storm that had come through. Overall excellent stay and will come back!!"
