"The hotel is a beautiful property but certainly it’s showing its age as even the room key is truly a room key and not a key card. I guess it’s just the nostalgia of an older hotel. There is also very limited dining in surrounding area but the restaurant in the hotel is great. Due its location, there is little to sometimes no uber or taxi available hence it can be pricey getting a car via the concierge. "Good hotel, convenient; very kind friendly staff. It is dated so we did not have hot water first night. The rooms decor is old but okay. Spacious enough. The AC does not turn on because it is cooler times, no choice but need to open the semi balcony door for cool air / circulation however bugs will come in. "This hotel and its staff is what you dream of when traveling. After a long travel day, it was like walking into a warm hug. The hotel is in a great location with a view that you never want to leave. The food is delicious. A great wine selection. And it is a 10 minute walk to the center of bellagio."

La posizione è centralissima, a pochi metri dal lago. l'alloggio è dotato di posto auto riservato in garage, da cui si accede direttamente in casa. "Andrea is an amazing host. We really felt like we had been invited into his home. The location is his grandmother's house , 700 years old , that has been renovated beautifully. The view, in the evening especially , from just above the house is incredible. Andrea was so welcoming and helpful. He gave us tips on what to see and where to eat, that we really appreciated. We didn't want to leave. If you are ever in Tirano this is the place to go!"
