Magnificent VIEW! Choose between having breakfast on your private oceanfront balcony or right on the beach enjoying the sunshine. This well appointed 1-bedroom condo boasts gorgeous ocean views with a full kitchen and all of the comforts of home! An ideal base to explore oh, so Charming Carolina Beach, close to EVERYTHING CB has to offer! Pets welcome with a one time pet fee. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Private gated building on the boardwalk of Central Carolina Beach, park the car and never have to get back in! Private beach access, full use of one bedroom beachfront condo, fully stocked kitchen, free parking, free Wi-Fi, linens provided and starter pack for TP, PT, trash bags, travel size soaps.

Guests have full access to this one bedroom condo and additional sleeping arrangements on the pull out sofa, fully stocked kitchen, private balcony, private beach access, gated covered parking (when available) and additional parking across the street in two separate gravel lots. Additionally, there is an elevator and luggage racks available for guests. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas & wagons.

Spencer &/or MK are always available via text.

This is the only private, gated community building on the boardwalk with an elevator and covered parking, located next to the Hampton Inn. Pets are allowed up to 70 lbs. Please bring cash for the cleaning crew. $50 up to 25 lbs, $65 up to 70 lbs.

Guests using one bedroom suites are allowed one paper parking pass. There is first come first serve, covered parking under the building and if that is full, there are two lots across the street marked with a Cabana Owners and guests sign. There is a paid parking lot between the two cabana lots.

Please remember to access your app on your phone or check your email for specific check in and check out directions which are in the house manual. Guests have full access to information the day of check-in. Please feel free to text Spencer with any questions at 919–438-6931.
Please leave shoes at the door. Please make sure to put your paper parking pass on your car as soon as you arrive to avoid towing. Please refresh your app to see the most recent codes. Noise ordinance from 11 pm to 8 am. Do not hang towels off the balcony railings. Do not feed the birds. Please walk dogs in dog approved areas only.

Absolutely perfect

This was my spouse and I first ocean front view room in our lives and it was nothing short of perfect. We spent so much time on balcony just observing the breathtaking views. The condo has everything that you need to have the best vacation ever. Bed was comfortable, couch was comfortable and communication with owner was great. Loved that it was gated so felt so safe.

Great place to stay in Carolina Beach

This property is in a great location! Walk to any and everything you could need, and right on the ocean. The balcony views are great, and the conscience factor a huge plus. The remodel of the property is very thoughtful, and for a short stay has everything you could need. The space is small, but perfect for a couple for a few nights. Communication with property manager could have been better, and we are hoping that was a fluke because this property is great.

Small, clean, cozy and great location

Cannot beat the view and location! Condo is clean and cozy. A little small with limited place to put 2 suitcases in the bedroom and no mirror anywhere else but bathroom so 2nd person can get ready while 1st person showers is a little challenging. Easily solvable w another mirror hung in the house. Location and view WELL WORTH IT!
