This dog-friendly, beachfront cottage with lots of vintage charm is in a prime location in Carolina Beach. Enjoy easy and quick public beach access just steps from your door, or sit on your back patio with a cup of coffee to take in an amazing sunrise, or enjoy the magnificent ocean views and breezes while sipping a drink under the palm tree. When you are hungry or thirsty, take a short stroll to Granny’s to enjoy a tasty southern breakfast or to the Ocean Grill & Tiki Bar for dinner and drinks. Uncle Vinnie’s Pizzeria and The Spot Bar are just a few blocks away. This property is located close to downtown Carolina Beach with all its amenities.

Parking for this property is on the grass behind the house. You use the driveway on the right side of the house to get to the lot at the back of the house. The parking lot to the left of the property is a public lot and requires a parking pass or pay-for parking.

Parking issue, otherwise amazing stay
The parking area in the back has holes sooo big you cannot use it so we were forced to play parking tag with the upstairs unit. Otherwise, perfect stay. Right on the beach, close to restaurants, easy to find, convenient, clean and management were so easy to get a hold of and were very helpful.

Not as expected.
When you pull in, the driveway is difficult, especially with 2 cars, especially if someont inthe upstairs. It is sand and dirt and an abandoned building that is falling down is in the way for proper parking. The other driveways in the area are nicely finished and appealing. When we walked in, the odor was very unplesant and made my husband walk back out. However, since it was xmas time, I had brought some candles and cinnamon smelling air freshners. Once I got those going, it was ok. So I would suggest having those handy. There was very little in cooking items. I could not make a simple box of mac and cheese. I had to call Carolina Realty and some items were left the next day that helped but they still have alot missing of the simple cooking utensils or toaster. There is not a blow dryer . There is an iron but not an ironing board. The cleaning people did an ok job but things like the stove/ oven were greasy and the burner liners were black and filthy. Food and dirt were inside the cabinets. What pots and pans that were there, had leftover food stuck to them. I cleaned the stove and oven ,washed out all the cabinets and what cooking dishes there were. I inventoried everything and made suggestions to what was needed for a simple meal. Carolina real estate apologized and assured the unit would be looked at.Once we had our things in and added our own touches, the place worked out ok. We will not however, stay here again. We are not picky people either. We are very understand

Great Location, Cute little spot
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, right next to a beach entrance. Easy walk to little shops. A few more kitchen supplies would be nice and the outside lights weren't working, but we would stay again!
