At Blue Water Vista you will enjoy sunrises, stunning sunsets, and the joy of only 99 steps to the beach and 66 steps to your dock. There are amazing views of both the canal and beautiful Atlantic Ocean from the property's decks on every level PLUS 2 BONUS level rooftop decks offering views above all other local surroundings allowing for awesome panoramic views over 20 miles+. This exquisite ocean harbor property is the perfect location for making long-lasting family vacation memories.

Blue Water Vista is a three-story house which consists of Blue Water Vista Upper (the top two floors) and Blue Water Vista Lower (the lowest floor of the property). THIS LISTING IS FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE.

This property offers access to a beautiful, in-ground, salt water PRIVATE POOL that is open ALL YEAR. The pool can be heated during the "Off-Season." Pool heating fee is required.

HOT TUB now available all year round!

The BOAT DOCK is directly in front of the property across the street (approx. 30 seconds walk). You have use of 1 boat slip up to 28ft length. This boat dock access is shared, with you having private use of the north side (right -hand side looking from street) only. Power and water to the dock is included. Seating is now available on the dock.

The Atlantic Ocean is a 3-minute walk. Many beach items, chairs, toys etc. are kept in garage for guests to use including a pull cart for ease of use.

Living Room TV now has Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+. All TV's are SMART or have Roku.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. Most of us had never been to Carolina Beach and was a little shocked when the locals did not come across as being very friendly. We were there for a wedding so there was music and loud conversations that we shut down just before midnight on a Friday. Police came out twice, the second time most of us were already in bed. It felt a little like racial profiling. All in all though the wedding was beautiful and that's what mattered most. friday night night

Excellent getaway
The house is in a dream location - a mile from the boardwalk, 5 min drive from Publix, and perfectly set between the intracoastal and the beach. We had a great time using pool, amazing array of beach toys, and kayaks at the house. We rented wagons from Pleasure Island Rentals that made getting to and from the beach in one trip (with 6 adults and 5 young kids) a breeze! The tenants before us seemed to have been a bit rough on the house, so we noted a few repairs needed, but Jessica and Justus were extremely communicative and accommodating, keeping any potential disruptions to our stay extremely minimal. Would be an absolute pleasure to stay here again.

Great summer beach house for big group of friends
We were in town for a sand soccer tournament and found this house to stay at. The pool was great, the space was great, everything was clean, the rental owner was very polite and helpful over the phone and check in was early and easy! Really great decks all over for multiple views. Some of the things had some beach wear and tear from the salt water, the outdoor chairs, shutters, etc. which is to be expected. Overall, the group had a great time.

Great big beach house
Overall awesome place to stay. Plenty of sleeping spots for a big group of friends and right next to an awesome part of Carolina Beach. The balconies, kitchens, bay side dock and outdoor pool spaces were all great to hang out at!

A dream come true
The house was so comfortable for us. I have six children who live all over the country. We hadn’t been able to get together for 3 years since their father’s funeral. It was big enough for all 6 families. We had a heated pool. 2 short blocks from the ocean. It was great.

Nice and roomy able to spread out using all three floors, everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Weather was great we spent a lot of time on the balcony.

Beautiful property with plenty of room for 26 guests. We had a little trouble with the kitchen ovens, but we were able to resolve it by finding the circuit breaker. Not the fault of the property owner, but we experienced King tides which made us have to park a few streets over and wade through water to get to the unit. We loved that it is so close to the beach and and a short drive to so many restaurants. We hope to bring the girls team in the spring.

Youth Beach Trip
Our stay here was phenomenal. It was a great amount of space for our stay. The location was perfect near a family-friendly beach and yet plenty to do nearby. Only 30 minutes from Wilmington. The property manager was quick to respond. The post clearly and accurately represented the property. I would highly recommend booking this location.

Easy walk to the beach and less than a mile from several coffee shops, restaurants and Britt’s Doughnuts (a must!). We had a group of 14 and had plenty of room to spread out.

Family Vacay Carolina Beach 2023
Overall, it was very good. The elevator was old and a bit scary, so we ended up hauling everything up and down the stairs. The fact we could not get back to our house in our vehicles after 10:00 p.m. due the roads flooding was a bit challenging. But on the bright side, the location to the beach and canal was a plus. We slept, fed and bathed 28 people with ease and made wonderful memories! We would recommend Blue Water Vista for a large group.

Absolutely wonderful vacation
I can’t say enough good things about the house and the individuals who take care of it. First, the house is beautiful and is wonderful for a large family. Second, we had a few minor issues when we checked in, (our fault) and the property manager, Jessica, was a DREAM!! She was so responsive and helpful. The elevator door needed a little help and Justice came to the rescue the same day. He even stopped by later in the week to check on us! We had the best week and my whole family loved the whole experience! We will definitely be back.

Family College Graduation Long Weekend
This house had enough room and space to house all are family and a couple of friends. There was an elevator for my father who had knee surgery which was helpful. We chose to use the kitchen on the upper floor as to watch the sunset on the deck every night. The house was a short distance to the beach where we spent our time. Some used the pool. The hot tub was a great accessory. We grilled every night. The stairs are on the outside of the house and there are a few floors so we definitely got a workout in. It didn’t bother us tho. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions. Thank you. It was a great weekend had by all.

The perfect house
This rental was perfect for the 20 teens and 4 adults we brought to the beach for lacrosse games. The 2 kitchens were perfect for all the snacks, meals, and gatorades. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The girls loved the heated pool and short walk to the beach! When our bus broke down and we couldn't leave on time, the manager was very kind and helpful. We will be back and I highly recommend this rental! It was perfect!

Awesome house!
We rented the entire house for our family of 10 and a wedding rehearsal party with about 100 guests. We were all very comfortable and it accommodated everyone perfectly! The house is divided into two units, so you have to go outside the lower unit to walk up to the upper unit…at first I thought it might be an issue, but it wasn’t. Unfortunately, the weather turned did not cooperate, so that was the only issue having to go outside. I would 100% stay here again! Great location, hot tub, heated pool! Communication was perfect and fast! Don’t hesitate, especially if you have a big family and need plenty of space!
