You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Time for Making Memories. Stunning ocean views from every window and both balconies! Steps to the beach, and the Pier restaurant and Tiki Bar. This two bedroom two bath sleeps six. Well-behaved dogs are welcome (additional fee $100). Making memories to last a lifetime required.

Enjoy the two balconies, the open layout, and the community pool (open seasonally). The condo is right next to Freeman Park (always dog friendly) where visitors can drive right on the sand (4x4 required). Take a short drive down Carolina Beach Ave to the shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, and donuts on the Boardwalk. Looking for other fun activities drive a little further down to the NC Aquarium at Ft. Fisher and the historic sites nearby.

This home is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal with family and friends. There is also a storage room, on the ground floor, with toys for spending the day at the beach.

The living room includes a 65" 4K Amazon Fire TV, in a large open living space. The couch has a pull out sleeper.

The condo is 1st floor above the parking. There is 1 flight of stairs to access the condo.

Beach access is a few steps North of the pier. Saltmarsh beach access is currently closed due to beach erosion.

There is currently no fishing from the pier.

There is a Ring doorbell camera exterior to the condo at the front door, in the common area hallway.

A wonderful time!!
Ore stay was absolutely amazing! We stayed for two weeks. With different family members coming down each week. The unit was beautiful. We loved hanging out on both decks. The front one for watching the ocean. You also have a great view for all the live music at the tiki bar. Even the dog liked it. Watching all the other dogs go by. In the morning if it was to hot there. Go to the back one. The wicker chair was great to cuddle up and read. The grand kids loved Billy who hangs out on the front deck. They also found a pirate hidding. We definitely plan on returning. We've been coming to this area for 15 years. This is one of the nicest we've stayed in. Thank you for sharing it with us!!

The Perfect Get Away
The condo was clean. We took our animals and they left sheets to go on the furniture which I thought was awesome. It is perfect for a family of 4. The views of the ocean were phenomenal from the deck and living room. We will definitely be staying at this condo again. The hosts were super friendly. All in all a great vacation.

Our stay 2 adults with 2 pups was very enjoyable. The condo was clean well stocked as well as comfortable and cozy. Two decks one for morning and one for later -awesome views of ocean the sunrise and close to Freeman’s Beach for great walks. Highly recommend this property -obviously new owners have made improvements.😎👍😊

Perfect!
We had the best time at “Making memories condo!” The front deck was one of our favorite things about the condo. Having morning coffee while watching and listening to the ocean was the best- and it was so comfortable- (seated six people)! The place had a beautiful, perfectly stocked coffee bar, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was first class, and the TV was amazing! We loaded our truck up each day with our beach stuff ( and they let us use some of theirs-as well as our own- we used a few chairs, an umbrella and a couple of boogie boards), and drove on to Freeman beach and unloaded right there! It was worth the $50.00 per day to do that for us as we had my mom with us who has a hard time Walking. The hosts were wonderful! They were more than accommodating, patient, and very responsive! This place is by far my favorite stay!

Beautiful location on 1st floor appears newly renovated, clean, and lovely decor. Pleasantly surprised since we have a small dog. Beach access is tricky but no problem and view is the best! Would rent again.

Fantastic Ocean views and comfortable condo.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I thought the condo was perfect for 2 to 4 people. We enjoyed the decks the most due to the fabulous view of the ocean. Jeff could not have been more pleasant and easy to work with. I had lots of questions and he had a lot of patience with me Would highly recommend this place.

The property managers are great. They provided detailed, informative and clear communication. The condo was pleasant, clean and welcoming and we enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean. Especially the porch swing! Thank you for being pet friendly.

Couldn’t get closer to the ocean
Updated condo across the street from the ocean. Nicely updated. Great deck with good seating for ocean gazing. Beds were very comfortable. Photos of property were a bit misleading as you have no beach access due to active beach erosion. Huge boulders have been placed all along the beach to prevent road flooding. You can walk past the pier to the drive on beach, which is nice. Communication with the owner was very easy. The condo was very clean. However there was a strong odor of masking deodorizer that would not abate, even with doors and windows open. Housekeeping missed a grocery bag full of dog poop that the previous renters left on the deck instead of throwing in the dumpster. That was easily remedied, however caused us to look closely at cleanliness. Would rent again, due to location, overall comfort and ease of communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is wonderful and extends all along the living space and kitchen. The kitchen is very well updated and well stocked. The living space and balcony are very spacious with plenty of sitting areas. We really enjoyed being across from the lounge and pier but I could see how some would be concerned about noise and lack of privacy while on the balcony. The bathrooms are small but otherwise it is a perfect space for a family or an adult couple. The owners were very responsive and entry is very easy. Highly recommend and hope to return

Wonderful time at the beach!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property! It looked exactly as pictured on the Vrbo site. The view from the balcony was heavenly. It was a very short walk to the beach and the property also has a nice pool. The unit was extremely comfortable, especially the beds. The property owners were extremely responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again. I wish we had more time there! Robin

Location location location
We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, you don’t get any closer to the ocean! The view amazing!! I felt like I was on a cruise watching the ocean out the window. The porches were perfect to just sit and unwind. The tiki bar next door had music playing and good food. The first floor condo for our aging dog and Freeman park to walk him along the North end beach worked perfect. The hosts J&J were quick to respond. The condo had everything we needed and was well appointed and clean. We did not want to leave and hope to book again soon.
