This super clean second floor Carolina Beach condo is located in a Pleasure Island sweet spot: one minute to the beach accessed by a private boardwalk, a five minute stroll to the Town of Carolina Beach boardwalk, shops, restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to Freeman Park.

Watch the sun come up from the newly renovated deck overlooking the ocean, spend the day on the beach, and then be awed by a beautiful sunset over the canal with the view from the front balcony.

All beds have new memory foam mattresses and rooms are perfectly appointed for your vacation. We provide sanitized linens and make up the beds so you can arrive and start enjoying your vacation right away. The master bedroom with queen bed has a balcony overlooking the canal side and a private full bath. The large second bedroom has a twin over full bunk. A second full bath is right off the main hallway.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. The dining room table has four chairs, plus two bar stools at the kitchen bar.

The bathrooms have just been updated for added comfort. We provide bath and hand towels. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We provide ROKU smart TVs in both bedrooms and in the large living room. There are also games and books for you to enjoy.

There are also four beach chairs and other beach supplies located in locked storage closet in the main parking area. This comes in handy to store items without the need to drag them up the stairs. There is also a shower to rinse off after your day at the beach.

Everything is ready for you to have a relaxing vacation here on Pleasure Island!

We have stayed at this condo twice this year and hope to go back around the winter holidays. The condo was immaculate, beautifully furnished and provided a long list of amenities. The condo is perfectly located with a balcony facing the beach - beautiful sunrises! The owners of the property are great to work with and were quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and, as I said, we hope to go there again this year. This is truly a 5 Star property.

It was clean (and I’m very picky about cleanliness)!!! It was very relaxing with a great vuew of the beach. On Thursday, you can see the fireworks from the balcony. We had such a great time!

Our group of 4 adults and a child under 2 found this to be the perfect location for our visit. We found everything to be very clean and well stocked. Beach was very close and accessible and we enjoyed breakfasts on the deck, despite the chilly and rainy weather. Location was great - very close to the aquarium and shopping (small shops, Publix). Host communication was awesome and we will definitely be back when next in the area.
