Ocean Front Property- New Upgraded Furnishings- Private Beach Access sleeps 6

Highly desirable Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Includes 2 queen beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the lower floor suite. This house has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. All beds and furniture are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. Exceeding this number will be at a rate of $400 per person UP TO 4 people (GREEN HOUSE) and 6 people based on the home rented. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 6 people

Very Comfortable home! We had a Short staycation it WuZ quiet and Lovely. My favorite part is the beachfront Porch area and walking straight to the sand and ocean absolute Magic!

A breathe of fresh air
The property was beautiful and clean. So many extras.The towels were big and fluffy and the beds were amazingly comfortable. It would be a great place for kids too. I plan to revisit for sure!

Very impressive property. One of the cleanest owners you will find. This is one of the rare property's I have found where the "in person" experience matches the website photos. Owner is extremely easy to work with and is overall very friendly and helpful. Would stay again and 100% recommend.

This was our first trip to Carolina Beach. The property was exactly as the Vrbo listing. Great little spot close to Carolina Beach boardwalk which was great for the teens. Beach was beautiful and plenty of space to set up even during high tide. House was supplied with DVDs, games, books! Coffee shop within walking distance. Would stay here again!
