Welcome to “ON THE ROCKS,” offering oceanfront, unobstructed, million-dollar views from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom!

Just one flight of stairs takes you to this first-floor end unit, where you’re so close to the ocean you may not get your steps in for the day. Head out on the private patio with your morning coffee to take in the beautiful sunrise, or enjoy the moonrise and star-filled sky at night. Crack open a window in the bedroom to fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

The kitchen is designed so you can enjoy ocean views while prepping meals or heating leftovers. The spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, large vanity, and full-size washer and dryer. Garage space is provided for your beach toys, bikes, and chairs.

Seascape is located on the North End of Carolina Beach, one block from Freeman Park (drive your 4WD on the beach) and the North End Pier, where you can dine at the restaurant or tiki bar. Beach access is close by, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf anytime. You’ll also be just minutes from Carolina Beach’s finest dining and entertainment.

The condo complex features a community grill/picnic area and a gated swimming pool.

Much needed beach getaway!!
Loved the location, ease of finding, parking. Great area. Beach view hampered by rocks but could still see the ocean and hear the waves. Had everything we needed and host is responsive and easy to communicate with, Would not hesitate to stay here again.

On the Rocks…”Rocked”!
Great space for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! It is close to the public beach access and is a very quiet place to soak up the beauty of the beach. Close to restaurants. Would stay again.

We loved our stay. The view of the beach was absolutely amazing. We were even able to watch the fireworks that were shot off the bordwalk while sitting in the provacy of the balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay- the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I wish there had been direct beach access from the condo but it was only a short walk to the beach. Loved spending time on the back porch overlooking the ocean too!

Anniversary Surprise
I booked this for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. They said this place was paradise. The host even had a bottle of Champagne waiting for them. Such a nice and gracious touch.

Lovely Beach Home
The condo was really cute and had all your basic necessities. The balcony view of the ocean is fantastic! You can’t beat that. The walk to the beach and pool are easily assessable and the walk to the boardwalk is an easy 1.5 miles. It was a nice relaxing trip and would recommend to anyone who wants to experience Carolina Beach! Only minor complaint is the parking situation since it seemed parking along with the overflow parking spots were taken quickly.

Cute condo with great view
Our trip was short but we enjoyed the condo. Be sure to bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. There are a few older chairs in the garage which was fine for us for such a short trip.

Wonderful place to stay!
On the spur of the moment, my husband decided that we needed to go to the beach for the weekend and we needed to stay ocean front. This place was perfect!!! It had a beautiful view of the ocean, was super clean, spacious enough for the two of us and all around perfect for us. We did have to drive to the boardwalk because the evenings were a little chilly/windy, given it was the beginning of June. We have already decided that we will be staying here again...hopefully soon!!

Unit’s furnishings, appliances, decor were all so new you thought you might find price tags! All very stylish and comfortable. The corner deck was ample. Perfect for meals, watching the sunrise, birds, boats, and dog walkers. I look forward to a return visit.

Fall at the Beach
We had a wonderful relaxing time at Carolina Beach! We love staying at the north end. The view from this condo was amazing! We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck watching the surfers. This is a first floor condo over the garage with only 12 steps. It has all been updated and has everything you would need. We hope to come back to this condo again soon.

Made the trip!
Had high expectations and the condo did not disappoint. No question… the nicest 2-person condo we have stayed in at this price point. Having to walk down 4 houses to use public beach access was a non- issue. Seeing / HEARING the waves so close at high tide was absolutely worth it. Only downside… having to leave!!
