Don’t worry about linens, paper goods, dishwasher and dish detergent, laundry detergent; a starting supply is already available in the house for your use! With three bedrooms and a comfortable sleeper sofa, this wonderfully furnished home easily sleeps 8. Each of the bedrooms has brand new beds; a king in the spacious master and queens in the other two rooms. For those days or evenings when you feel like staying in, the kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking you may want to do. Dine indoors or enjoy outdoor dining under a covered illuminated area. Later, watch TV or movies in the living room on a brand new 50 inch smart TV. Each bedroom also has a smart TV. Below, the house has covered double parking to protect your vehicle, or back the vehicles out and sit in the shade of the parking area or sit on the covered deck of the front porch. You will enjoy the newness of this house as well as being only 3 blocks to the beach. Also just a short drive away is the beautiful city of Wilmington and all that it has to offer. And for nature lovers, just a quick stroll away is Carolina Beach State Park offering a magnificent 900 acres of pristine park land, walking trails, bird watching and sunset views over the river. A group of us went to C.B. for a deep sea fishing trip. We stayed at this house. It was a nice place. Clean, spacious, and 4 minutes from the boat. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you.

We loved this house! It was right next to the boardwalk and we got to watch the fireworks from the balcony. There was a park right behind the house for the little ones and a few minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach. There’s tons of cute shops. The home was so nice and in a peaceful neighborhood! It was also a beautiful home with a nice outdoor private patio! We loved it!

The location of this property made it convenient to visit South Port, Wilmington, & Wrights Beach. Close to the aquarium and other attractions and any number of great restaurants.

Great stay, great location! Walking distance to small boardwalk area, beach, and restaurants. House was super cute and clean. Great for a quick little getaway to the beach. Only complaint - had two rolls of TP and one garbage bag, haha! Other than that def recommend!

In town for UNCW graduation, house was great, sleeps 8 with pull out couch In living room. Only about a 5min walk to Carolina beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Great family vacation home

This was our first visit to Carolina Beach, and it definitely won’t be our last. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Maria was very responsive and helpful. The house was conveniently located near everything. We also rented a golf cart to explore Carolina and Kure Beach, which was a lot of fun.

Relaxation in Carolina Beach

This property was a great place to stay for seeing all of the historic sites in the area. It was also easily walkable to the beach and boardwalk. There is a park and playground behind the house that was fun for the children. The house was clean, organized and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely love this beautiful home. It is perfectly located close to the center of town that includes shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk that are all within walking distance. The house was super clean and well stocked upon arrival. This is our second year staying here and hope to continue to do so in the future.
