Take the elevator up to the top floor, and escape to this roomy 1750 square foot condo in picturesque Carolina Beach. This excellent vacation rental offers a high-end atmosphere that will make you feel luxurious and relaxed. It has two large bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 2 trundle beds, and 1 king bed, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

You can walk out of either bedroom onto the large deck and enjoy the beautiful 3rd floor views from the hammock or chairs. The primary suite also has a huge walk-in closet - that can also double as a sleeping area for a baby. Both bedrooms are equipped with white noise machines, plenty of plugs for charging devices, and room darkening curtains.

The updated and remodeled bathrooms are equipped with rain showers, hair dryers, ample hooks for hanging towels and bathing suits, and squatty potty (ifykyk).

We also offer a closed door garage for games such as: Darts, ping pong and corn hole for kids or non-beach days. There is also a new video game console that includes old favorites such as Pac-Man, Galaga and Dig-dug! Garage also includes a refrigerator, beach chairs, toys, umbrella, boogie boards, bikes, and jogging stroller! There is even wifi in the garage!

The location is perfect - very walkable and close to everything!

The famous Veggie Wagon is on the other side of the lake. Just 2 blocks away are Kate’s Pancake House, Lake Park Steakhouse, Janeen’s Majik Beans, Nikki’s Gourmet & Sushi Bar, Michaelangelos Pizza and Subs, and The Sandspur to name a few.

An Amazing Getaway
We had the absolute BEST time! The amenities were so nice and we really appreciated the beach items for use in the garage. It made all the difference to not have to lug so much stuff down to the beach. The property was clean, there was plenty of space for all 5 of us, the showers were phenomenal and it really felt like a home away from home. We were already looking at dates for our next stay while we were there! The host was super easy to get in touch with and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable in the slightest. The location was convenient to the beach, aquarium, and local dining. We really had the best time!

Our daughter flew in from California and my husband and I drove down, from Ohio, to spend 6 days with her. (we haven't seen her since Christmas!) The condo was in a perfect location. Being on the third floor, we had a view of Carolina Lake (directly across the street) and we were a short two blocks to the ocean. And, the boardwalk was just a short 10 minute walk. Having the restaurant directly in front of the condo was no issue; as we were above their roof line, so the views were not obstructed. So much room in the condo; we never sat inside though, because the deck was so pleasant Even in the heat of the day, there was always a cool breeze. The owner thought of everything, when stocking the kitchen. I have rented VRBO for over 30 years and never had such a wonderfully stocked kitchen. I cook while on vacation so it was an extremely welcome surprise. Publix and Food Lion are are short 5 minute drive. The owner has bikes and beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage, along with beach carts,etc. The location is also great because we were a short 10 minute drive to Kure Beach and Fort Fisher and Carolina State Park; with some nice walking trails. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest would be to provide a few more hangars in the closet and also to add at least two more chairs to the balcony.(even if they are just the resin stackable kind) Two are not enough. The host responds to any questions almost immediately.

This is a great condo with nice views. Super clean with games and a garage full of fun. The owner was very responsive with communication. I thought that maybe restaurant being so close would be bad but it was pretty quiet. Lots of fun things to walk to visit. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an awesome time. The condo was amazing. Perfect location to beach and other places to visit. The owner of this condo thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and fun. This was our first visit to Carolina beach and when we come back we would not want to stay anywhere but here.

Spacious and convenient
This condo was lovely, comfortable, and nice and clean. The interior looks better than the exterior. It is well stocked with most everything you need. The only kitchen item I couldn’t find was a grater. There are 4 tvs (one in the bathroom!) although we only used two. The fan light in the master bedroom would randomly come on by itself and we never could figure out why. The garage was well stocked with beach chairs and wagons. The umbrellas and Sunbrella were missing parts. We enjoyed playing darts. Location was great! Short walk to the beach. Beach access has no steps so wagons were easy (until you get to the sand😏). Hang Ten is right next door. Park and lake are right across the street. Short walk to the boardwalk. Veggie Wagon on other side of the lake is great for prepared meals. First time to Carolina Beach but hopefully not the last!

Fabulous location!
This property was fantastic and the location can't be beat! The amount of space the property offers is amazing and my family and I were very comfortable here. It is close enough to the attractions yet being on the third floor, it was so incredibly quiet and relaxing. The condo is fully stocked with everything that we needed and was very clean. The only thing that we would have changed is having more control over the thermostat. It is pre-set which we understand but, unfortunately we had to constantly keep changing it to the temp that we were comfortable with. David was amazing and accommodating about everything though and we will be renting this property again!

Great beach getaway for the family.
This place EXCEEDS expectations! First off, location is amazing. Easy walk to the boardwalk with kids. Across the street is the park which does have a movie night which you can see from the balcony. The place itself was much bigger than expected. Both bedrooms are huge. Plenty of room in the living room and kitchen. Tons of games to keep people occupied. Having the garage w/fridge was very nice to have. Only complaint (and it's very minor) was no Keurig coffee maker, just standard coffee maker. Like I said, not a big deal. Owner was extremely easy to get a hold of and very responsive! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

This property was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen and living rooms were perfect for relaxing as a group. Close enough the we walked pretty much everywhere. Loved how so many of the small details were covered - step stools, baby silverware, lots of games/puzzles. My kids loved the pacman game. Would definitely stay there again
